I would not stay here. The room was hot and only has a window unit. The bed is not comfortable. A $150 night is a rip off. Do yourself a favor and find a better hotel!!

Jake made our stay 5-star worthy. The rooms need some extra love/updating. First time I’ve had bugs on the floor of my hotel too? However, we stayed. Anything we needed- Jake was more than happy to accommodate. This man single-handedly made a positive experience.

This is a great hotel! The best LQ I have ever visited. However I am a liberal and I respect the rights of others. Just a heads up you won't receive that from the front desk/management. Ms. Tabbitha/Tabby was very nice to me. However I witnessed her during a very rude verbal confrontation with another guest Thursday morning. " you are right it was not my business" However I want to spend money with people & companies who actually get it! Great day @ Chick-fil-A service is not difficult. It's just that nobody tries harder than chik-fil-A to deliver it. After my husband and I saw the lady who left the room we put two and two together. So just a heads up. If you live in this world and you are only concerned with yourself and not those around you.. This is the spot for you. The hotel is clean, well located and the price was right!

Nice staff and economically priced. Room was clean and decent, but rough around the edges. Breakfast was bad if we're being honest. "Business Center" was an empty desk and two folding chairs. Is a reliable place to stay with no frills.

Poor communication from front desk. Paid for late check out but was never given a final late check out time limit. Only told that it was $15 each additional hour, never anything about a cap. Literally got back at 1pm and was forced out of rooms. Defeated the whole purpose of an extended stay.

ac bit loud, good various on breakfasts. but the egg doesn taste like real eggs... employee friendly. overall ok, 4 $150 per night, bit too much compare to Houston. can be better.

Better than some not as good as others . Our room was pretty decent and the ac was nice and cool considering it was 108° outside. Don't expect anything other than a 2 star type hotel out of this one . Breakfast was 3 out of 5 stars not too bad first day, second day my wife wanted something other than hotel breakfast.

Stayed here for a night in May 2022, when the air conditioner in my apartment went out. PROS - Friendly & chill staff - Convenient location - Safe part of town - Reasonably sanitary (especially the bathroom) - Comfortable bed - Adequate & free parking - Plenty of restaurants nearby CONS - Loud & inadequate AC (more below) - Carpet in the room had some old stains - Squishy & unsupportive pillows - Hallways were warmer than I'd like The AC in the room was a key reason why I checked into a hotel for the night. It certainly took the edge off the heat, but it wasn't enough for me to be comfortable. Worst of all, it would loudly turn off and then back on every 20-40 minutes. Basically made it impossible to sleep. I checked out feeling exhausted, ended up taking a sick day at work. To be fair, it was an unreasonably hot May; more than a few AC units went out that year. Also, reading recent reviews, it looks like there's new management, and they're improving things over time.

Room and hotel were very nice for the room prices. However as soon as I get my room I go in and the AC unit cover was on the floor as if they were doing repairs on it. I proceed to be out on the town until about 2am but once I get back I realized my room hasn't cooled down and only got hotter once I tried to fall asleep. It got so bad I just packed my stuff wanting to get another room. However it was 3 AM and no one is at the check in desk so I had to drive all the way back to San Antonio. Not ideal and wished I could have gotten another room to get some sleep before I made the trip but I can't sleep in a hot room so id be up all night anyways. So my only choice was to leave. I did receive a refund so I really appreciated that

It was a decently kept place with a small town vibe for an affordable price. Our room was kept exceptionally clean during our stay, the staff were friendly and pretty helpful. I would personally recommend asking for Carmen F. , a staff member who was by far the most alert , prompt and knowledgeable about whatever questions we had as guests during our stay.

Bottom line the new management looks out for the guests and they took very good care of us. As things are being upgraded it can only go from good to great. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very clean, the bed and pillows were perfect for me. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We loved it. It's an older building. Not fancy but it is clean, workers are friendly. They offer complimentary delicious coffee all through the day in the lobby. They baked us amazing gourmet cookies, all different flavors in the evenings, which we had with our coffee. The breakfast consisted of a little variety for everyone's likes, sweet, salty, cold, and hot foods. Fresh fruit, yogurts, breads, and juices as well. They allow dogs. That was a super plus for us. They provide poop bags. The building is only 3 floors and only 1 hallway, so we don't get lost. The furniture is not fancy but it is clean and neat. I personally love the square sinks and shower sprayers in the bathrooms. We prefer comfort over glamor anytime. The price rate was affordable. We will definitely return.

STOLEN APPLE WATCH. We stayed here Saturday 12/17, after returning to Houston around 2pm we realized that my boyfriend left his apple watch behind. We called them about the situation and low and behold they told us nothing was found in our room. Which means someone on their staff decided to claim it. We tracked it to their apartments. We will be following up with police present if it's not returned.

Air conditioning is not working well. After each 5 , 10 minutes starts and shut down. So sleep disturbance.

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean, great customer service. Only negative was the TV, roku, and couldn't get football. No HDMI channels.

I only had one problem here and that was at night it was like the AC didn't work. We put it on 65 and still was sweating. Other than that very nice staff. Clean all the way around. Nobody creepy wondering outside. Close to stores restaurants and shopping center. Ill be back for my next business trip.

We usually have good luck with La Quinta, but this one was not clean. In our room, there was mold around the base of the shower, ripped and stained curtain and stains on the carpet. Outlets for charging phones were only wall plugs with no place to set the phone down except the dirty carpet. The hall carpet looked dirty and had stains. The only reason this one is getting any stars is because the staff was helpful and friendly.

This is literally the biggest catfish I have seen in my life. While the staff is friendly, you can tell no money is being spent to clean or make repair here. I could literally write a novel on everything wrong here, but I will just kept it short. Things need repair, floors are dirty, EVERYONE including the staff is outside smoking. Ice machine, broken, room AC barely worked. $200+ a night? My ironing board cheap and had no cover and the iron leaked water all over my clothes. Ha! Do better!

The customer service was great, and the maid came on time. Breakfast was on spot. Plenty of towels, toilet paper etc The employees were all great but the Hotel is BEAT DOWN and Loud. This hotel is surrounded by construction and the workers stay there so at about 5 am every morning you're going to be woken up by slamming doors, walking on the ceiling above your head, at 6 am the construction starts. You will hear backup van warnings, tools buzzing etc. The hotel room looked more like a dorm room, the refrigerator froze everything, and the microwave was dorm quality at best. The floor was stained, the couch was stained and the room smelled like the animals who had stayed there before us. In the bathroom, the tile was broken and just glued back onto the wall. Also, no bathtub so it's going to be really hard to clean up small children if you happen to be traveling with them. Not the hotel I was looking for to relax and vacation. The air was broken on the 3rd floor so the window in the hallway is just left open and the ice maker on the 2nd floor does not work. The tv remotes did not work either and you had to fight to stay online. The bed was soft
