Kali and Jas are the bartenders you should ask for. Kali made me a well crafted Whiskey Smash. Every person I interacted with was very inviting, sociable, provided amazing service, and the cocktails were top notch. Can't wait to come back. Only criticism would be for the music to not be as loud. Don't get me wrong, I'm on music festival #50, I go to a ton of concerts, I DJ myself... But the acoustics are good here. Just didn't need to be at the level it was. Music and performances were still great. Had a blast.

Normally a great bar and they almost always have something going on. Would give 4.5 stars if I could... 5 stars if they ever finally have a drink/cocktail menu! Update to 5: they got a drink menu today!

Literally come here all the time for sugar baby’s plant shop. It would be super cool if y’all didn’t replace native with a putput course. Just look at Peter Pan golf! We don’t need anymore! What we need is the ability to buy plants and tattoos while getting drunk.

Not one to leave negative reviews. But was charged $30 on a $5 cider. Left 3 stars just because this place had amazing sound for djing and is an authentic austin experience… And the building is super clean. Tried reaching out over the phone but was not able to hear back.

Never will use a card there again. Got a 30 dollar hold on a five dollar drink and it’s been a couple of days and still pending. Never again

came to native looking for something new. aesthetics on point, bartenders had hoop earrings and were easy to talk to, warm and friendly. DEFINITELY coming back, romantic vibe, and great dj. best old fashion on the east side!

Great place to hang out day or night. They make awesome cocktails and delicious bar bites. Happy hour Mon-Fri btw 4pm-6pm. Various spots for remote working. Have a decent coffee bar, and a patio right next. Well, you can stay in the rooms too, though haven’t tried that just yet. Big events sell their official tickets here, such as ACL.

This is a great place to grab some drinks/cocktails in the evening. They have two large rooms to relax with friends and they are just off the highway. They also double as a hostel.

Native bar & cafe showed me the true Austin experience in a luxury hostel like environment (ie. Freehand) but better. Great bar, live music and an eclectic crowd. Can't wait to go back on my next trip.

Super cool vibe, but $20 for an old fashioned is a bit steep, and they didn’t even use a large cube for it! Maybe it was just the bartender I got, but I wouldn’t go here again just for the bar.

Please clean up the sidewalk adjacent to your property, the grass/weeds are often over 12in tall and there's litter everywhere because it's easier for bad people to dump trash in the tall weeds vs consistently cut grass...I know you don't cause the litter, but it does need to be cleaned up.

Such a cool place to hang out, grab drinks with friends, get a bite to eat. The food is awesome. The drinks are delicious and the vibe is great! Love seeing music here too. It’s spacious and comfortable with cozy couches and a funky living room feeling.

Just Fantastic! This was my first experience staying in a hostel and they set the bar high! They provide breakfast for the guests in the morning, and the food and beverages at the in house restaurant/bar are great! The beds are really comfy and the black out curtains around the bunks work wonderfully. The staff was really helpful as well. I wish they provided each guest 2 towels and had a full length mirror in the rooms but those are my personal hangups :) I will Definitely stay here again when I come back to Austin.

Unexpected delight! I didn't stay here overnight, but I can't imagine it would be anything but perfect. We DID have breakfast and lunch here, and the food was excellent, as was the coffee. Wandering around, this place is just a piece art. No details are neglected. The bar appears VERY well stocked. An outdoor patio space is under construction, and I'm sure will add even more options for the space.

Great food! We had the pleasure to discover this cool joint during a bicycle good tour with Rocket Electrics. The crowd was mostly young and attractive; the music loud and the food delicious. We would definitely eat here again and bring friends. We enjoyed the Scotch Egg and Chilaquilas Plates and drinks.

We only went in for a cappuccino but stayed the afternoon. I’ve stayed in hostels across 4 continents & this is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen. I had a chance to walk through the communal kitchen, dining area and bar as well as having a few drinks on the patio & in the cafe. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxed and everyone working there was so friendly. If I were to book a hostel on my next visit this would be the one.

the atmosphere is excellent. there’s lots of seating, and it’s a beautiful place. the wifi was reliable, and it made it really easy to study for several hours straight. also had the honey cinnamon latte, and it was great.

No longer a hostel, contrary to common belief. The staff, service, and drinks are still great. Ask for RJ or David.

Native Hostel is easily one thr best bars in Austin. With secret restaurants, multiple venues, great staff, wonderful cocktails. Really enjoyed the All kinds of black in tech photo exhibit. Super talented.

I have been here for various events over the year. The place has hidden nooks and rooms you would not even know was there! Not much space upon entry but such a surprise when you venture deeper into the building. The drinks at the bar are not bad either!

Every time I go back I see new art, or their hosting an art event. You can get coffee or alcohol as you soak in the live Dj and the curated art.

Starbucks looks terrible compared to this place, very good coffee and service. Only bad part is they don’t open until 9 but they are a bar in the evening so they need to sleep sometime

Had a party for Limitless Chriopractic in the upstairs room: it was a great space and the private bartender we had was awesome. Bathrooms were super cool lighting for our event: thank you!! No clue if the cafe is good or not:

Really cool bar has an art gallery and tattoo parlar in it. There is street graffiti art surrounding the neighborhood it's in. I really recommend this bar. Oh and it has on sale get food trucks and a flea market. Best spot in town that I've discovered this far.
