The bed closest to the bathroom in room 228 HAS BED BUGS! Me and my kids stayed after driving 4 hrs to get there and have to wake up in the middle of the night to being bitten and attacked by bed bugs! Upon notifying the front desk all they did was take my name and number and said they'd look into it smh! One of the worst experiences I've ever had staying in a so called nice hotel! We were already exhausted then to have to experience that we definitely did not get the rest we needed! Not to mention the ice machine didn't work on our floor, the room only had 2 towels/washcloths had to get more, the pool was dirty towel bin was empty there was a pile of bricks in the area around the pool and literally less than 4 chairs just looked very abandoned and the pool was only 4 ft deep. Couldn't access the fitness room. No clock in the room the telephone looked like it was used from an old motel the channel guide didn't work on the TV and it didn't even have all the channels that were listed on the paper guide. These hotels need to be shut down makes no sense to be so expensive and be of bad quality!

Beautiful place. The rooms were spacious and clean. My only concern was having my room next to the elevator along with having youth baseball teams. Too loud in the middle of the night. Overall experience was great.

After a recent stay, I change my rating from 5 to 3 out of 5 stars. The room had loose tiles in the bathroom and a towel left behind in the shower. Location is out of way but convenient to airport.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The management was very friendly and professional. Our hotel room was ready when we arrived just as promised. It was very clean and the rooms were extremely large and accommodated us totally. We will be staying here whenever we travel to Austin. I highly recommend this hotel with awesome customer service!

I stay here quite often for work and their team always does an outstanding job. I had an unexpected issue come up at work an needed to extend my stay and Albert went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Fantastic job!

We are staying here for the week because of work, nice rooms, they have a loveseat and chair with table and desk, also soap, shampoo, conditioner in a dispenser in the shower, soft beds with big TV's.

Visited Austin a few weeks ago. The hotel, Best Western, was well maintained and clean. Staff was very courteous. Room was clean, spacious and reasonably priced! The continental breakfast was more than expected & deserved a tip! Yes! I would book at this Best Western again!

They offered a clean room. The night shift lady is nice. They offer free breakfast in the morning. However house keeping kept slamming the doors of the rooms that were being cleaned which cause me to wake up.

Everything was great except the guest in the breakfast area. You'd think they'd have more respect and manners when it came to dining. The place was trashed.

The room was nice. However, I feel this hotel is definitely taking advantage of the pandemic as far as breakfast was concerned. If breakfast is your deciding factor, the breakfast here is not sufficient. I brought a roll of tums, a Gatorade, and 2 lunchables for $12 in the lobby, so definitely bring snacks and meds if you need them, or you can get a few items here. The pool was green. It was 81 degrees yesterday, but that wasn't going to happen. Our bed in the room was high in the center and low at the headboard. I expected a little better for $145 a night.

We had a small gathering and enjoyed the stay.

I travel a lot and this place is great. Friendly staff. I needed to extend my stay a day and the front desk help me get the best price which was on my Best Western app. Miranda went out of her way to help me. In the morning I went and went to the front desk and Giselle was really kind and helpful when I went to pay for the extra night she even told me she saw the notes for my stay. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been in but not nightmarish. Could definitely do with better breakfast options. Nice staff. Personally not a fan or orange flavored soaps. Stained everything and huge gap in door.

No laundry, which was why we chose this hotel, didn't adjust costs which reflects customer service. People were courteous and room clean enough. Not really handicap friendly. Next time we come to visit son in Austin we will be staying elsewhere.

Had to cancellation due to a family medical emergency. Gentleman at counter was respectful and did not hesitate to address my situation.
