Nice location, felt safe and right next to Costco. Getting to downtown is a haul. Staff was unfriendly and almost non existent. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, some leftover hair on the floor. Apparently they also only come in every other day so getting rid of trash was a problem (new Marriott policy). You could also hear your neighbors through the doors. Not kid friendly as they had no high chairs.

I booked this hotel for our first summer vacation with our three kids after getting all A’s. I booked my room Thursday evening with Sunday check in and Monday check out. I requested early check in at noon. Which I know it’s not a guarantee, even though hotel never notified that it wasn’t doable like most hotels do. On the contrary, I received a text at 7:58 am that my room was ready for check in. Upon arrival of a large group of people, everyone that had booked their rooms the night before and the morning of received their rooms before I did. When I asked why I got a text saying my room was ready the guy at reception responded “I don’t know”. I asked why everyone else got their rooms before me when I booked mine three days before them. He said because theirs was single king bed and mine was 2 queen beds. So apparently they clean only king beds first THEN go back and clean queen bed bedrooms. I asked a manager in training if I could speak to manager (she was super nice), the manager never came out. The rude guy at reception came back out and continued being rude. I asked for extra towels, extra pillows when I made my reservations, never received. In the evening called the front because wifi password was accepted but it was stating “no Internet connection”, I was told she’d call me back because she was checking in guests. Never got a call back. Never got access to wifi but was billed for it. I did contact customer service for all the issues. They refunded the wifi and sent message to hotel to contact me to resolve some kind of compensation for the bad experience. I received an email from the hotel where they said that I got the text because my room was ready but given to someone else ….. completely contradicting info than what was provided at check in. Then they said wifi would be refunded even though I used it. Which I did not. For the bad experience they would refund $22.50. Will never stay here again. Will never recommend again. Worst Marriott experience ever as a Platinum member. PS: Milk was expired at breakfast. Said 5/20. It was 5/30 when my kids were eating breakfast. We didn’t bring it up bc honestly, they didn’t care about anything else.

Excellent hotel. Clean, plenty of in room supplies, large and spacious. I choose this hotel for a business trip. There's a great desk space for me to work and place my work equipment. The bed and bedding is very comfortable. Bathroom is very modern, clean and spacious. Great make up mirror. There's a cubby under the tv that makes a great place for shoes or extra bags. Tons of storage. If I am ever in this area again, I would choose this hotel without even looking at others. Also the outdoor area is gorgeous. There's a view from select rooms. Most importantly to me, it is very clean. Clean and sanitized is one of my top priorities in a room and this one is excellent.

I rented the office space and it was a great price and great customer service. I threw a baby shower for about 20 people. Room was very clean and they offered water, coffee and tea. We were able to use the lounge area if needed. I spoke to Nicole who is the sales coordinator and she was extremely nice and very helpful. All the employees give you great customer service and are very helpful. If you need a space to have a party or baby shower I would choose them again. Space is spacious and they offer tables and chairs. You get to rearrange however you want the space area. I was very satisfied and would definitely use the space again. Very satisfied!!

The rooms have very poor lighting. When I asked the front desk for a lamp, I got an email from the manager saying I could have a camping lantern. When I saw it, all I could do was laugh! She said she had no extra lamps and no one to go buy one. Also, housekeeping needs to do a better job in the bathrooms. I had planned to stay there for 3 months but moved to the Hampton Inn across the street after 3 weeks. It is SO MUCH BETTER! Friendlier staff, cleaner rooms, and better breakfast!!!

I dont often leave reviews, but I had to leave a review for this hotel because I did not have a great expreince and I definitely dont think it was worth the money I spent. To start off, the staff were sweet and friendly except for one lady who I told her the yogurt that they served us for breakfast was 3 days expired and she made it seem like I was bothering her. She told me to "just pick one that's not expired". When I informed her that several of them are expired and multiple customers noted that as well, she was mumbling under her breath and said she will notify the person over breakfast. She was not apologetic at all and I thought her reaction was so rude. Marriott needs to know if I get sick at all from yall servings expired food, I will be suing!! The breakfast was not great, which was disapponting because I have been to multiple Marriott's that serve wonderful breakfast. The 2 days I was there, they served bananas that were over ripe both days, expired yogurt, dry sausage and brittle bacon with no flavor smh. I did see multiple reviews saying the breakfast was not good, but I thought maybe those people were just exaggerating, but they clearly werent. The room was a nice size and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, but there seemed to be something wrong with our toilet because every time we flushed there was a loud obnoxious screeching sound for about 10 mintues. The towels felt like sand paper, which I was a little upset at because it was pretty uncomfortable to use. I know Marriott can afford nice towels so this was just ridiculous. The shower also seemed like mold was collecting at the bottom around the edges maybe due to it being old. The hotel is in a nice area with a pretty lake near it so it was not horrible, but definitely not worth the money I spent. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I got married this past weekend from out of town and went through hoops to try and find a room block at a hotel near our venue that would be convenient for our wedding guests. Thankfully after speaking to many different hotels, I came across Nicole Hilborn with Springhill Suites in Cedar Park. From the moment we talked, she showed me that she really cared about all of the details that we needed. She was always so responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. All of our guests raved about the service of this hotel. They loved the downstairs bar and said it was a cozy weekend stay. My husband and I are so grateful that Nicole and the staff took this off of our plate. Highly highly recommend!

Richard Moore is hands down the best bartender I’ve ever been served by. His charisma, his charm, and his passion for shaking tins is not matched. Absolute weapon, keep it up big Rich 💪🏻

It was my first time using this establishment and the decor was nice. Once in the rooms I found them to be spacious and neat. The couch was too hard for my liking but that's just my opinion. The restroom, beds, tables and kitchen area was clean. I would suggest the housekeepers check the pull out bed under the couch because food from a previous guest was found but mistakes happen and I don't hold it against them or the company. The staff at the front desk was professional and nice. I didn't have the pleasure to meet any other staff. I did not get the chance to try the breakfast downstairs so I have no comment on it. I did notice the gym downstairs and the restrooms and they were both clean. The view from my room was amazing I could see the pool and the lights it was beautiful to look at. I wish I had more time to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer.

We had a wonderful time at Springhill Suites Austin Cedar Park. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Nicole Hillborn assisted us with our rooms and everything was top notch. We will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms have a nice layout with a full sofa with trundle bed and a king size bed. Nice desk area and decent size bath with enclosed shower.

Well this is the worst experience my wife and i have experienced staying at a Marriott Property, from the walking in the door (we are an interracial lesbian married couple)to the heated discussion between the very unprofessional desk clerk and my wife, in regards to the no pet policy, she stated ONLY service animals were allowed and we REPEATEDLY let her (Ms Janet) know that our dog IS a service dog NUMEROUS times, she even went as far as basically asking what the disability is and in NO shape or form was my wife required to give that information out, if she can get a legal document and she is allowed to travel (TSA APPROVED) then she should have never had to question reasons.. The customer service was not business appropriate we felt very disrespected and will not be returning to this property.

So far so great. It’s our first night and we have had a wonderful experience. The bartender is THE best and very interactive. Richie made us feel so at home when we are almost 2,000 miles away from home.

We just stayed here for comicon. We had the best time . The location is great . We loved the walking trail. Their pool is fantastic. We really loved that the pool is salt water . All the employees were so friendly and helpful. We will be back next year.

Me and my family of four enjoyed our stay, it was pleasant and the king suite was enough room for us to stay comfortable. I'm giving a 4 star because the keurig in our room had what seems to be mold in the water retainer. A simple clean out monthly with some vinegar water would suffice to keep it clean. But overall fantastic.

We have stayed here about 10 times over the last year. Our family has always had a great experience. The pool/property/rooms have always been very clean and well kept. Us being titanium members its rare to come by a property thats consistent with cleanliness. After the first or second visit it normally goes down hill. (i am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness. So for me to give 5/5 stars is huge!) . Tyler has always treated us wit the most respect and has always provided the best customer service. Will always rec. this location. Only con is Carmen at the front desk in the evenings. Last time i didnt mention it because ms Christy told me she was training. And yesterday at check in she was still rude and everytime i try to ask/explain something she wouldnt give me a chance to talk. She always talked over me and told me to "hold on" or "no" when she didnt fully let me explain.

Great location to be. It was right next to Costco and a whole bunch of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel was quite new and clean. Complimentary reakfast buffet was great with hot items (egg biscuits, keash, waffle, oatmeal) as well as cold (cereal, fruits, yogurt, boiled eggs, milk, juices)

This is a brand new hotel and you can tell. It even smells new! My room was very spacious and the staff was friendly. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because the gym wasn't open when I went there. I will be back to stay at this Springhill Suites.

Front desk made me uncomfortable at times (not everyone though) a lady working there in the evening was nice. The rooms are ok. Tv had alot of great features. The bathroom was oddly shaped which made it hard to maneuver around. The couch had stains and the walls you can hear through like no insulation. The view is beautiful overseeing the lake. Which was a major plusMorning breakfast was pretty good. Lots of options. Not bad for the price and the lake view, other than that I wouldn't come back no time soon.

Well-appointed rooms and surprisingly good breakfast. Stayed here for a work conference going on nearby. Two strange things happened while I was there: (1) this hotel has a bar, but no one works it at night - what?! (2) A few of us were working in the lobby area and were asked to relocate to make room for a staff luncheon. How’s that for good ol’ Texas hospitality?

Second time staying at this hotel. First time was great - our kid was still pack and play age. Unfortunately, this time around the trundle bed’s mattress had a huge pee stain and actually smelled like pee so we didn’t let our 3 year old sleep there. She was so sad and cried a lot about not being allowed to sleep on the trundle. We all had a pretty meh night sharing the king bed. We noticed the pee stain late at night so haven’t reported to the front desk yet. I’ll definitely do that. My hope is they try to make it right, replace the pee mattresses and invest in some mattress protection. Seems logical enough to me.

Staff at this hotel are amazing. Nicole, Tyler and Shay - always super helpful. We have clients spend 3-4 nights there and they always have good reviews. Shay even helped us find food in the middle of an ice storm when all was shut down. Keep up the awesome job!

We are in the midst of planning our wedding for November 2022 and so glad we came across this hotel for our room block. Nicole H. has provided us with outstanding service and was able to help us with our room block a whole year in advance. Most of our guests will be coming out of state and she made this experience so smooth. Thank you Nicole for your professional and phenomenal work ethic! Someone give this girl a raise!!

I'm sum it up like this great ambiance and atmosphere the decor pulls you in and there's a lot to look at. The service is top notch everything is well stocked the breakfast is better than average with a lot of healthy options. The rooms are really set up well with wide entrances big closets cuz you never know. They have large TVS and even larger bathrooms and come equipped with those common amenities, hair dryer, etc. The staff is more than eagerly willing to do and complete almost any requests made, also they're very knowledgeable of the surrounding area when it comes to activities and local restaurants new and local favorites
