Let
me
start
by
saying
-
I
am
very
picky
and
good
reviews
are
hard
earned
in
my
book!
This
is
one
of
the
times
where
I
am
excited
to
share
my
recent
experience
at
this
hotel.
We
booked
2
rooms
during
the
busy
Thanksgiving
week.
I
called
a
week
in
advance
with
special
requests
for
room
locations.
We
checked
in
the
day
before
Thanksgiving
and
Nicole
assisted
us.
Her
demeanor
and
hospitality
despite
a
very
busy
lobby
were
stellar.
She
went
above
and
beyond
and
took
the
time
to
explain
details
that
most
hotels
overlook.
I
was
honestly
not
expecting
more
than
a
basic
room
and
just
hoped
it
would
be
clean.
That's
where
most
hotels
lose
my
business.
Like
I
said
-
I
am
picky
and
cleanliness
is
not
optional!
I
wish
I
had
remembered
to
take
pics:)
I
always
travel
with
my
own
cleaning
supplies
and
deep
clean
every
surface
before
I
unpack.
After
checking
both
rooms
from
end
to
end,
I
couldn't
find
anything
to
clean!
No
dirt,
no
hair,
no
dust,
nothing.
Bedding
was
clean
and
again
no
spots.
The
rooms
were
spotless.
I
decided
to
test
the
mattress,
because
that's
always
a
secondary
issue.
The
mattress
was
firm,
but
not
hard.
The
pillows
were
the
best
part.
They
actually
support
and
give
at
the
same
time.
The
room
layout
was
the
best
part.
There's
a
2
seat
dining
table,
business
table,
oversized
chair,
and
sofa
(that
probably
has
a
bed).
There
was
so
much
room
and
the
window
has
a
blackout
roller
shade
with
a
light
filtering
roller
shad
in
front.
They
added
a
track
on
each
side
so
no
light
peeks
in
when
you
pull
the
shades.
I
was
on
the
4th
floor
and
could
barely
hear
any
street
noise.
The
hotel
has
quiet
hours
and
this
was
key
to
nice
peaceful
stay.
There's
a
workout
room
with
treadmills,
exercise
bikes
and
free
hand
weights,
also
an
outdoor
pool.
There
are
hand
sanitizing
stations
in
key
places
which
made
me
really
happy.
Plenty
of
parking
on
the
back
side
of
the
building
when
the
front
is
full.
There's
also
a
small
concession
store
for
incidentals
you
may
need,
and
a
coffee/tea
station
that
stay
fully
stocked
in
the
evening.
Location:
lots
of
restaurants
within
5
mins,
stores
and
Walmart.
Located
right
off
the
freeway
so
easy
access.
Breakfast
was
better
than
most
hotels
with
an
actual
hot
breakfast
that's
freshly
prepared
each
day
along
with
other
standard
items
like
cereal,
boiled
eggs,
yogurt,
toast
etc.
The
best
part
of
breakfast
was
Araceli
who
managed
the
dining
area.
She
clearly
takes
a
great
deal
of
pride
in
her
work
and
ensured
things
were
kept
filled
and
the
serving
area
was
clean.
I
can't
say
enough
about
the
staff
at
this
location.
Every
single
person
I
encountered
was
kind,
and
took
pride
in
their
assignments.
The
housekeeping
staff
checked
on
us
daily
and
allowed
me
to
get
what
I
needed
from
their
carts.
There
was
a
tall
brunette
gentleman
at
the
front
desk
(I
don't
recall
his
name)
who
went
above
and
beyond
to
help
me
with
a
room
key
issue.
Turns
out
it
was
my
fault
(user
error)
but
he
didn't
make
me
feel
bad.
Was
completely
professional
and
happy
to
help.
We
visit
Austin
quite
often
and
this
will
be
our
hotel
of
choice
going
forward.
Thank
you
IHG
for
a
great
experience.
