We held our wedding ceremony and reception in their meeting room. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped us set up as well. We forgot to bring napkins and they provided some for us. They helped make my husband and my day really special!

Great service. Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean for the most part. Breakfast was better than expected. However, the compressor was going out on the AC in our room. It sounded like a train was running through our room every hour. Great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very overpriced for a Holiday Inn. That's the reason for the four stars. When you think holiday and you really don't think almost $200 rooms? LOL you think more of $99. If the price was that high again I would probably not stay there. Free hot breakfast is a plus but not worth the room rate. Staff is friendly and room is clean.

I really like this hotel. Decent breakfast and nice set up. Room was well set up and smelled clean, no musty or cigarette smells here. There was a strong smell of cigarettes on the elevator, some people are just rude, that's not the hotels fault. We would definitely stay again.

Always have enjoyed staying in holiday inn hotels as a IHG member. This is by far the worst staff(member) I have dealt with. Ever single holiday inn works with state and government employees, just not this one. Manager… I mean kid with drawn on pencil mustache, pants that he grew out of three years ago walking around with his gold chain and nose up with not a care in the world of assisting any service employees. That boy was zero help and would not even attempt to figure out a suitable arrangement. The main service desk agent was cool and very helpful! Not all Holiday inns are the same folks. This one is the worst.

This property wouldn't refunded a prepaid reservation. I had a death in the family and will be traveling for the funeral. The Front Of Manager had no compassion at all. This is just not how we should treat people. If the hotel needs the money that bad will have at it. I will never book at any Holiday Inn again. Just sad!

I had to reschedule a business trip after to testing positive for COVID 19 the morning of travel. Due to the strict adherence to the "24 hour cancelation policy" my company was charged a $144.90 cancelation fee. Despite my request to IHG Rewards personnel to have this reversed, the General Manager over this hotel, Robin Severson, reached out to me to insist the $144.90 due to "policy". From now on, myself and the group of engineers who frequent this area for training will give our business to a hotel that understands customer service generally generates more revenue than gouging people over policy. Especially when the customer has an infectious disease like COVID 19.

My stay was wonderful, the staff were on point with everything and very friendly, check-in process was quick and the breakfast was hot and fresh in the morning! Will most definitely be coming back if I’m in the area!

Let me start by saying - I am very picky and good reviews are hard earned in my book! This is one of the times where I am excited to share my recent experience at this hotel. We booked 2 rooms during the busy Thanksgiving week. I called a week in advance with special requests for room locations. We checked in the day before Thanksgiving and Nicole assisted us. Her demeanor and hospitality despite a very busy lobby were stellar. She went above and beyond and took the time to explain details that most hotels overlook. I was honestly not expecting more than a basic room and just hoped it would be clean. That's where most hotels lose my business. Like I said - I am picky and cleanliness is not optional! I wish I had remembered to take pics:) I always travel with my own cleaning supplies and deep clean every surface before I unpack. After checking both rooms from end to end, I couldn't find anything to clean! No dirt, no hair, no dust, nothing. Bedding was clean and again no spots. The rooms were spotless. I decided to test the mattress, because that's always a secondary issue. The mattress was firm, but not hard. The pillows were the best part. They actually support and give at the same time. The room layout was the best part. There's a 2 seat dining table, business table, oversized chair, and sofa (that probably has a bed). There was so much room and the window has a blackout roller shade with a light filtering roller shad in front. They added a track on each side so no light peeks in when you pull the shades. I was on the 4th floor and could barely hear any street noise. The hotel has quiet hours and this was key to nice peaceful stay. There's a workout room with treadmills, exercise bikes and free hand weights, also an outdoor pool. There are hand sanitizing stations in key places which made me really happy. Plenty of parking on the back side of the building when the front is full. There's also a small concession store for incidentals you may need, and a coffee/tea station that stay fully stocked in the evening. Location: lots of restaurants within 5 mins, stores and Walmart. Located right off the freeway so easy access. Breakfast was better than most hotels with an actual hot breakfast that's freshly prepared each day along with other standard items like cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, toast etc. The best part of breakfast was Araceli who managed the dining area. She clearly takes a great deal of pride in her work and ensured things were kept filled and the serving area was clean. I can't say enough about the staff at this location. Every single person I encountered was kind, and took pride in their assignments. The housekeeping staff checked on us daily and allowed me to get what I needed from their carts. There was a tall brunette gentleman at the front desk (I don't recall his name) who went above and beyond to help me with a room key issue. Turns out it was my fault (user error) but he didn't make me feel bad. Was completely professional and happy to help. We visit Austin quite often and this will be our hotel of choice going forward. Thank you IHG for a great experience.

My visit was amazing! I don’t usually stay at hotels often but out of a whim I decided to try this hotel while in town visiting family. I was greeted by a wonderful front desk manager Christine, the check in process was very friendly and fast and the room was well kept up with. Would recommend!
