Breakfast is over way earlier than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Hot water doesn’t really work either and poor water pressure. I called the front desk and they said they would reset the water heater but that made no difference. Maybe I just had a bad room. Hotel staff seems like they don’t care at all. Rooms are clean and there is Netflix available.

This hotel has gone down since COVID. We were staying here all the time and have come back for one of the first time since. Water pressure.. what in the actual f#%&!?! It straight up is non-existent. Bed sheets... I'm pretty sure the elastic is all gone for the fitted sheets, so you fight them all night. And who the F schedules a kids birthday party on the 4th (top) floor!?!?! Running, jumping, idk what they were doing up there but they didn't stop all morning and all night. Went downstairs and asked to have it addressed, but it never stopped. Bed was comfortable. Shower was big and tall, towels were long but not soft. Doesn't really matter when there's no pressure? Then, there was a rolling black out or something and the water shut off while in the shower. Breakfast was good. Multiple options . Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we're going to have to find a new place to stay when we're here.

Aesthetically, the hotel was really nice, clean and up to date. Mattresses were comfortable. Breakfast was good and lots of healthy options (kale and feta frittata, turkey sausage and oatmeal). Unfortunately, we booked this room specifically because they had an indoor pool. When we called to verify the pool was in good working order, Grant assured us that the hot tubs heater was not working but the pool had a good temperature to it. When we checked in and got the kids to the pool, it was unbearably cold. This can obviously be fixed, but disappointed he wasn’t honest. Only other major issue, in the shower it seemed the provided soap and shampoo had been refilled with water.

I would stay again! I was so happy to see big size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The front receptionist was so kind to me and my boys, she was personable and made us feel welcome. The hot water worked just fine (saw a review about it not working). There are plenty of fast food and sit down restaurants nearby and you have easy access to I35 and the toll. The hotel was clean and they do offer a hot breakfast as well.

I have stayed here before with family this time was bad. 1st room had a high pitch sound coming from ac. 2nd room, the dead bolt just spun without locking. A TV that was tilted so you had to watch from an angle. The. 3rd room was next to the elevator. lifetime gold member this is a very bad hotel.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. it was just an awful experience. I’ve never experienced this even at a motel 6. Scalding hot water, thin walls. I’m so upset that I wasted $200. When I could have stayed at a much more accommodating place for so much less. Never ever again. Holiday inn express is the way to go every time

We just got to the hotel after being out in over 100 degree weather for the day. The air is not really cooling the room. I went to take a shower and there is NO COLD WATER. I cannot take a shower in scalding hot water. So now I get to stay sweaty and dirty in a hot room. We called the front desk and they said there is nothing they can do. They didn’t seem the least bit concerned. I know things happen, but this a relatively new hotel and this is ridiculous. I would not recommend.

A so-so hotel experience. There’s a strange smell in the elevators and hallways that makes it’s way into the rooms. Thin walls, so you’re able to hear your neighbors’ conversations. The beds were adequate, but the pillows could’ve been better. The room did seem clean though, which is the top priority, so this accounts for the three stars.

Overall Great Stay! Lexie & Rosa (sorry if I spelt y'all's names wrong!) at the front desk were amazing ladies! They were so helpful; so sweet; and so nice! The room smelt very nice & was freshly cleaned! Pool/Hot Tub were set at an appropriate temperature & my baby was able to swim in the pool without the water being frozen so she enjoyed herself! Breakfast was amazing! There were a variety of options to pick from and everything tasted great! My only complaint were the pillows, I didn’t get a good nights rest only because the pillow were super tiny and uncomfortable. But overall I’d definitely stay here again, I just know next time to bring my own pillow!

The room was great and comfortable. However, there was a very offensive odor in both elevators that was not remediate even after the front desk staff was alerted to it. Also, the hotel could only be accessed by the front door as we found out upon asking that the other doors were malfunctioning, but there was no posting to let guests know.

Let me just start by saying David at the front has the customer service of Batman's Alfred!!!! Fairfield took my reservation from the atrocious Microtel nextdoor. This hotel gets top marks all the way around. The room , the bed , the shower , the breakfast , and all the amenities are superb and supreme. When I travel for work and come through south Austin , this will be my go to rest and recharge spot!!!!! I can't thank you enough Fairfield and David!!!!!!!! Well I spoke too soon. It would seem you get hung up on , get the run around , and get ghosted when trying to get your deposit back. It takes calling corporate and showing card transactions to prove that you are indeed owed a refund for the deposit they REQUIRE upon check in.!!!!!!! 3 weeks after my stay to get a refund is a little ridiculous especially when I travel for work and stay in 4 hotels a week every week. Will not be supporting the Fairfield name anymore !!!!! Yes I have told my company to remove Fairfield as an option when booking my room for work travels !!!!

I had to check into this hotel because my AC at my house burned out. The staff were just unbelievably kind to me the entire time. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet, and well-stocked. The price for the room was also super reasonable. Although I live here in Buda, I will absolutely be telling people to stay here over anywhere else in the area.

Very lux (for a Fairfield) Probably the nicest FairfieldMartoit property I’ve stayed in in all my travels in central USA these last two years. I’ve probably hit at least 20 Fairfield’s in the last 2 years and this was by far the best. Molly who check us in very late night was super helpful with some business needs and went above and beyond.

The hotel has nice clean rooms with imperceptible issues. The breakfast selection is excellent with a wider variety of items than most hotels. Room service appears to be every 2nd day of your stay but the maids do a great job of cleaning and straightening when they do service the room.

Everything was great, although the temperature in the halls must have been 80°, and the elevators could have been mopped or swept at some point. Other than that, A1.

Stayed 7 days, all was good very friendly staff. My only complaint is I reported to the Front desk twice that my refrigerator was not getting cold and why I was in the room no one ever looked at it? Room 217 I presume it was looked at cause I pushed the get cold quick button and it cooled off which that wasn't working before, it did cool everything off for rhe 2 hours it said but went back to being warm.

Here for an event and my company covered the hotel for 3 days. Seemed like a nice place at first, Easy and fast check in. Every morning the breakfast was ok but there was some problem with everything "cooked" like items cold or overcooked. My biggest complaint though was on checkout day. Asked for 12 o'clock check out (reg. check out 11) and the guy asked me "what room number?" and after I told him he replied "due to our booking I can't do that". I may would've believed that crock of ship. If their "booking" is the issue why do you need my room number? I won't stay here again but maybe it will be better for you.

This hotel was the best I have stayed at. Rob at the front desk was the best and most amazing guy working there. He took care of us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was pleasant and quiet. We had a problem with our keyless entry and the clerk took care of it immediately. It was also in a great location to the event we were attending.

I checked in to find the AC fan was making a high pitched loud noise as if it was either hitting something or rubbing. I asked to move to another room. It was a bit concerning that the clerk commented that several of the floors were like that. She assigned me to another room & that AC was doing the same thing. Apparently they got a "good deal" on AC units. I went back down to the front desk to let the clerk know that AC had the same problem. She proceeded to tell me that pretty much all the rooms are like that, so I cancelled my reservation & went to another hotel. This hotel needs to spend some money on maintenance & certainly should not be booking rooms when they know they have this problem.

I booked a double queen room as I always do, but when l checked in I got a single king, I was told they overbooked and that Expedia booked a single i looked at my reservation and they blamed Expedia. I guess the Volleyball team of teenagers was more important and they gave them my room, not to mention I got a room for deth person w 3 flashing green lights above the bed. I wasn't going to argue w a 20 year old kid since I know he did what ever he was told, I will never return to any Marriott locations It was my Son's wedding and it was not the way I wanted to start my trip. I been in over 30 to 40 Marriotts in my life time and I'm not a. Idiot " Don't tell the guess that Expedia made the mistake " take responsibility for your actions, Extremely disappointed

We enjoyed our stay, the room's interior design, and furniture were fresh, modern, and vibrant. Very decent complementary breakfast, a basic but clean gym. Service was exceptional.

It is evident that this hotel has seen consistent wear, the moment you enter the room. With this in mind, the rooms are cleaned very well, probably better than most I've stayed in. Kudos to the housekeeping team. The rooms themselves are a little on the small side but very comfortable. There's a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker in the room as well. Customer service is top notch, which makes you look beyond the negatives in the hotel. A variety of options are offered for breakfast. Breakfast times vary according weekend or week days. With room key access, there are multiple entrances to the hotel and plenty of parking surrounding the building. A snack area is located near the front desk. There are plenty of options for restaurants nearby including close acess to the highway, so this hotel is in a great location. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will utilize it again in the future. While the price point is on the high side, the cleanliness and customer service are worth it.

Front desk and cleaning people all nice and friendly. Great free breakfast. Nice workout room. Heated pool. Very reasonable rates. They even refunded my fist night when I found out that evening I wouldn't make it in until the next day due to a flight issue and kept my discounted reservation intact for the next 2 nights. Strategic location. Had a great stay and highly recommend for anybody coming to Austin to scope out investing or relocating there.

Spent 3 weeks here during a business trip. My room was cleaned every 2 days with fresh towels. They do have washers and dryers in this location which was a big help. Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Hot breakfast is served each morning. This location is super close to the interstate and loads of eating place within walking distance.

The hotel was clean and well kept overall. Rooms were clean and comfortable as well. My only negative would be that the shower head was one of the worst I've experienced at a Marriott brand in a long time. Definitely need an upgrade! Also, the TVs on the elliptical machines did not work. Not a big deal because I listen to my headphones but I do like to watch the news with closed caption.

The hotel was clean, I reserved two rooms. Room 422 was not really clean. It was multiple hair types found all in our bathroom and the floor needed mopped. I bring cleaners so I had to sanitize it. Room 415 was clean but the AC kept going off and room was hit. The staff was friendly and I have stayed in the past. I would try again.

Third stay here. Great location. Rooms are nice/clean. However, maintenance, so-so. Same trash piled on top of frame cover for non-existent trash can for a week. (Sun-Fri). Elevator quit working Thursday evening. Weren't working Friday when we left. Thankfully, we were only on second floor.

We stayed here 3 nights for my sons wedding. We had 3 rooms for that time for close to $3000. One would think for the price we paid we could have had clean rooms. nOpE. ( we did get one room changed because there was mold in the shower) The rooms were not cleaned the entire time we there. So no towels no trash emptied etc. The sheets would not stay on the mattress. There was no hot water in any of the rooms. There was trash in the halls. In general the place is in need of a thorough cleaning. For the price we paid this is totally unacceptable. This is not an isolated sampling. We were there for 3 nights in 3 rooms with other people in the wedding party having the same issues. When we left we were not asked if every thing was ok with our stay. I do not think I have ever checked out of a hotel and not asked how our stay was!!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. A good variety of items at the breakfast buffet. It was quiet all but the last night we were there. We didn't use the indoor pool or exercise room, but they were clean. Located within walking distance to Cabela's and other stores and eateries
