So glad I found this hotel! I typically stay in The Domain when I travel to Austin for work but wanted to try somewhere new. It’s always good to venture out! The staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were big. One thing I do wish they would have had (like some other Hyatt Place hotels I’ve stayed in) was a market. I went downstairs to grab some drinks but there was only a small selection. Maybe the full market was in a section I didn’t venture to? Either way, it was still a great stay! And parking is free!

Wonderful hotel! The beds were so comfortable! It is in beautiful location, and there are multiple shops nearby. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Austin, this is the place. There was a complementary breakfast that was just delicious! The hotel is clean, and modern. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious. A couple things that this hotel can approve on are… The pool was not as the picture showed. It was quite small and cloudy and there weren’t enough lounge chairs. The gym was nice, but there weren’t enough mats. Other than that this hotel is comfortable and a perfect place to stay! HIGHLIGHT RECOMMEND!!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Seriously well appointed hotel. Rooms were comfortable and the food and drinks were great. Okay breakfast. The staff were all wonderful. Bethany Shepard was our highlight. She helped us numerous times in so many capacities. She could be found all over the hotel doing different functions with unparalleled professionalism and friendliness- what a rockstar! Kevin and Doug also went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful!

Very nice hotel and cleans rooms. Breakfast was good, except the eggs may have been real. I did have an issue that the hotel charges $25 for early check-in requests. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Enjoyed my stay here. Parking was ample, room was clean, and breakfast was good. My only suggestion is for the staff to be more proactive in displaying hospitality when interacting with hotel guests. An exception to this was the building engineer whom I met the in the elevator on the way to breakfast. He was proactive in displaying hospitality and asked if I was enjoying my stay and if my accommodations were fine. That made an impression on me. Also, the gentleman who showed me where the microwave was for heating items. The others behind the front desk did not display enough hospitality in my opinion. Beef that up, please. I watched everything and took a mental note. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable. Would recommend to stay.

This was just an overnight stay as we saw family but wanted a quiet evening before driving back home. Clean room, quiet hallways, good breakfast and overall a great stay. Only negatives keeping them from a perfect score was body wash or shampoo in the conditioner dispenser (because we know conditioner doesn't suds up) and a fussy TV remote but that is very minimal. We had a great experience and will more than likely be back.

Nice, clean, no frills place. Caters to business travelers so you won't see a large breakfast or a full size pool, etc. Rooms are decent size. A couple of minuses, though: 1. The showers have a slanted grab bar which is good because there's something to hold on to. But, at the same time, it is also a hazard because the shower is not large enough to move your elbows, eyes squeezed shut with shampoo falling over your face, without hitting the sharp ended bar with your elbow! Also, the soap has been replaced by a bottle of body wash, which doesn't produce the same satisfying feeling of cleanliness as a good lather produced by a bar of soap. 2. The Placery (its in-house restaurant) has been non-functioning 3 out of the 5 times I sought it out. The chicken wings, when it does work, is pretty good. I like the crispy fried version with sauce on the side, but that's just my preference.

I traveled to Austin for an activity in Fort Hood. I decided to stay in the Hyatt Pave Austin/Cedar Park. I’m really satisfied with all the service, from front desk to house keeping team. The process of checking in and out was very quick. The front desk team explained every question that I had thoroughly and with respect. They were quick with anything I needed. I loved the free breakfast. It was really tasty and had reasonable options to pick. Also, the hotel is in a great location, you’ll have many food options around, if you don’t choose to eat at their restaurant. It has a small menu, but it was complete. Although, I didn’t have the chance to try it. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I’ll recommend to anybody that wants to visit Austin, TX, either for pleasure or business. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay there, the room was nice and clean, stocked with the necessities. The staff on every shift was courteous and friendly. The price that was quoted to us was the price we paid, no surprises other than the city and state taxes that was added on but this wasn't on the hotel. The breakfast was good each day of our stay. There were concerts at the venue across from the hotel but we could barely hear the music in our room. I have no complaints and would recommend this hotel.

The location is great. It’s a quiet area and feels very safe. The breakfast is good. The hotel is close to shopping areas. The rooms are clean and the staff in the hotel are very nice. The outdoor pool is a little small but it’s great that they have one. We checked in late on Wednesday night and Melissa greeted us with such a warm smile and that makes such a big difference when you arrive tired from the airport. She helped us with a few things we needed for our room and although she was super just, she actually came to our door with the items we needed! That’s a first! Melissa went out of her way to help us…so professional but also so nice and polite. We definitely look forward to coming to this Hyatt Hotel again.

The price was way to high for a week night I was told and was under the understanding that it was going to be about half of what they charged me the hotel was not at all full and there was lots of vacancies! Be careful and make sure you get everything in writing before you give them your card. I feel like I was tricked into this price that they charged!

I decided to revisit this hotel in the hopes the beds were better this time. But unfortunately they were not. The beds in my room had deep dips in the mattress for both beds. It felt like sleeping in holes as you rolled around to find a comfortable spot. We down to talk to management about it but they were away from the desk 😕. Spent my points on a room I could not rest in at all. Disappointed.

Very bad experience. Stayed on second floor, Noisiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Don’t think about getting to sleep before 11PM due to the live band across the street. It was so loud that I could understand all the lyrics in my room. We could hear doors slamming below us, was one bang right after another all night long. I believe that it was the staff going in and out of the storage and kitchen doors in the hallway below us. Convenient location for going to see the Stars play, Room was spacious, Bed was comfortable, Room was mostly clean except for the shower (The glass door was the only part that didn’t have small hairs, Had to clean the shower), Carpet had multiple burn spots, On the third night we lost water and could not flush toilet.

Pros : Staff/AC unit/bed pillows awesome!! Cons: 1. Sofa bed VERY uncomfortable 2. **Carpeted floors. Gross! 3. Uncovered glasses upside down on bare shelf (yuck) zero trash bags 4.dim bathroom lights frosted door almost see thru lock didn’t work 5. **No microwave 6. ****NON-REFUNDABLE $75.00 PET deposit!!!! We had to leave my quiet, calm, potty trained dog at home!!! Made us sad 😞

It's a great location with easy access to the highway and a lot of local restaurants. It's relatively new and so the rooms are nice and clean. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin McCartan, one of the managers, was very helpful with a request. I'd highly recommend this hotel over the others in the area.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, but really unfortunate location and poor sound control. They do mention this on their website, but play it down. There is a music venue across the street that blasts music all hours, day and night. The hotel is understaffed, as on a busy Saturday, only one employee was working in the afternoon. This was a much more expensive hotel than others in the area, so had some higher expectations. Too many other options in the area, and will stay elsewhere next time.

Front desk was super nice, as well as other staff encountered but.... Dirty room. Stains on carpet, feet were black from walking barefoot on carpet, hairs in shower, flickering light. Stay at Hyatt Place often but disappointed in this one.

For the money, the experience is hugely underwhelming. We had two rooms. In both rooms we could not watch T. V. because we could not turn off the screen savers. Lock to one of the bathrooms was broken. Lid to both toilets broken. We could hear thumping from the concert across the street. Service at the bar and restaurant were nonexistent. We had to almost beg for someone to take our order. And to top it all off, we could not pay for anything with cash.

Everything is great except for horrible internet speeds of 1-3 Mbps. This is a critical service when on travel for work. If the internet speeds were better then I would consider this an ideal hotel for work travel, but with only 1 - 3 Mbps it is barely usable for vpn access. I will be will be skipping this place in the future for work travel until internet speeds are increased to an acceptable speed.

Outdoor concert venue next door. My seven year old with a 7:30 bedtime was up till 11:30 because the bass next door was so loud. We travel with white noise machines, still shook the room. Either work with the city to change noise ordinance for loud noise to end earlier or install sound proof windows, or tell people when they check in that they will have issue and give them an opportunity to stay elsewhere. I’ve had a more thoughtful experience at a super 8. We are calling Expedia for a full refund. Completely ridiculous

Everything was extremely clean, but the HVAC system from other rooms was vibrating behind the headboard of my bed. They offered to let me move rooms at 2 am and acted like they had never heard of it, but later on in the week—I found out even management knew of the problem. I stayed in room 502 and I heard them say 4, 6 and 8, but I’m not sure if they meant 504, 506 & 508. But don’t stay in those rooms. The up-charge for a high floor really wasn’t worth it because there wasn’t really a view. Almost everyone was very nice and I was amazed at the two people I encountered who weren’t rude, but seemed apathetic. I stayed almost a week without moving rooms and I thought I got use to the noise, but toward the end of the week—a hockey tournament showed up and that noise increased from every 30 minutes to more regular. I guess they are checking to see if the HVAC system is still under warranty is what I was told. So…they knew it and didn’t do anything to let me know about it is why I only gave them 3 stars.

Overall a good value. Ample parking, friendly staff, breakfast buffet is commendable. A slight negative was the coffee. Tasted like Starbucks which is a personal dislike. Wished the offered other coffee varieties.

Hotel was nice and so was stay. However, my stay began 11/11. I stayed 2 nights and paid $230+ for my entire stay. Yet, it is now 11/25 and they are still holding a separate $126. Initially was told 3-5 business days. It is now well past that and they do not have any further answer or resolution. Manager Jackson Montero has horrible customer service skills. I work for the Office of the President for a big tech company and was amazed that a manager would be so argumentative and dismissive. Also states he doesn't have anyone higher he reports to. Will be escalating this further until I get a better answer than "it might be a banking issue" when I've already checked with my bank and confirmed Hyatt is the one holding the funds

Rooms were nice, but got hot during the day while we were gone. Not sure if the AC was motion activated or what. The people and amenities could not have been better! Kind and helpful employees! Would recommend!

Here is the review I am posting. 1. We walked in with a key and people already occupying our room. No Security. 2. We were then given a room upon payment. It was under construction and no working a/c. Then told since we paid there were no refunds from corporate. 3. By 10pm given a room without enough beds with peeling wall paper. 4. Upon Check out, there was vomit on the floor that had been left there for hours. 5. No management on duty both days. Corporate offices stated in an email that 2 candy bars and points for 2 nights of future stays is sufficient compensation. Future stays are not happening with Hyatt at all. Why would I? I just wanted a serious discount or refund on what we had to pay and Hyatt Refused There were other families in the lobby who were also screwed over with reservations and without a place to stay. Buyer Beware.

Check in and check out were both extremely quick an simple. The common areas were all very clean and in great condition. Room was perfect and the staff were all stellar across the board. Zee and the gentleman with them at the front desk were EXCEPTIONALLY wonderful - whatever they're salary is, it should be higher.

I asked the operations manager Mr Jackson twice and the front desk twice to have my room cleaned and it was never done in the 4 days I was there. Mr Jackson suggested that I go to the La Quinta after I suggested it was a lot less expensive and they do clean your rooms daily when asked. They also give you clean towels. I see no reason they get three stars. The Hyatt and Mr Jackson with all his excuses are no better than any of the 1 star hotels in the area. I would suggest the staff at La Quinta is better trained and much more courteous.

My mom and I and several family members stayed here for my cousin's wedding, and everyone was pleasantly surprised. Based on the reviews, we didn't know what we were walking into for the weekend. Our rooms were clean and well-stocked with towels. The morning we were there for breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options—no complaints on our end. The staff we encountered were friendly and professional. We would recommend booking here for a stay.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and had a great stay. We were there for a sporting event and used the lobby with multiple family's until around 10pm when we chose to go to bed. Others used the outside patio as well. My son left his wallet by accident and the manager, Roger, called me to let me know and he agreed to mail it me.

Nice hotel. Classy. Clean. I took my daughter and her friend for a Spring Break stay-cation and we had a good time. Still new. I believe it was just built in 2020. We visited in a low Covid period so nobody wore masks but plexiglass barriers were still in place at the front desk. Facilities include a pool which despite the March chill in the air, was quite warm. Plenty of chairs and tables. The treadmills in the gym look out the window. Full set of free weights. Rooms include a sofa with a pull out cot, iron, board, extra blankets and a mini fridge. Individual climate controls on the rooms. The staff were very nice with us. The Haute Spot next door has live music on weekends. For better or worse.

This hotel does not like people. We were in town for a sporting event and we checked to see if they would allow food brought in for dinner for our team and they said yes. After the food was brought in they said it wasn’t allowed and they kicked us out of the dinning area. Some parents moved to the lobby at 8PM they said we were not allowed to be in the lobby and told us we had to go to our rooms. If we didn’t they would call the police. Sure enough, 20 mins later the police showed up and they had no idea why they were there and they said we were doing anything wrong. They left. After talking to more people in the hotel, they called the police the night before and I guess they do this on a regular basis.

Hotel was clean, beds and pillows are very comfy. Christopher and Jackson were awesome all weekend, hard workers and always making sure we were happy!! My weekend was very peaceful there, I will definitely be back.

Hotel was nice and clean. We weren't informed of the need to request housekeeping services as needed. The pool on Tuesday 6/7 was gritty and cloudy, when it was brought to the attention of the front desk. He said he didn't have control of when maintenance cleaned the pool. Breakfast was good with the exception of the turkey Canadian bacon and the oatmeal needed cooked longer, otherwise it was an 8 out of 10. It was near many stores and restaurants which was nice. It also had a bar and food to order in the lobby.
