    Located at the intersection of US highway 290 West & East,on the outskirts of Austin city. Its located on a elevated area with nice view.Orders are quick and cafe is currently open for dine-in. Drive- thru/mobile orders are also accepted. Staffs are friendly and had nice time in cafe. #HappyCafe

    It was a Starbuck. Employees did great, and the coffee was top notice. There is major road construction going on directly in front, so getting on and off the property was the only detractor

    Ordered a Venti Espresso Frappuccino with whipped cream added via Postmates. This is my order every time I go to Starbucks, which is multiple times a week, but this is the first time I’ve ordered it with this store. When I got the order, the VENTI cup was only filled halfway, the other half of the cup was half whipped cream half air. What a ripoff… normally when I order this from any other store, the Frappuccino is filled up to the top of the cup and then they use a dome lid to hold in the whipped cream. When I put in a complaint with Postmates, they said there was nothing they could do because I still receive the drink I ordered. 🙃 Except I received a grande AT MOST when I paid extra for a VENTI. Update: After I sent in another complaint to Postmates they have refunded my drink. But that’s Postmates doing their part to correct the issue, this Starbucks is still on my bad list. (:

    I RARELY give 1 star reviews. But there's certain expectations for consistancy between franchise locations and this was the worst Starbucks experience of my life. Definitely the least Starbuck-y. Seems to be run by a bunch of college kids (or at least that's who was working when I was there), which is fine and all, but they were loudly complaining about not liking the Starbucks radio, then switched to blasting 2000's pop music all afternoon. Then at 5pm, 2 hours before they close, they started putting up chairs and mopping. I finally left 1 hour before close because along with the loud music, they turned off the lights in the seating areas! Seriously?! Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.

    It’s a cute little place but not convenient to access I have to say. Parking is easy since there’s a parking lot in front and it also has drive through. It’s temporarily closed as of today 3/9/2022.

    Difficult to get in & out of here with all the construction going on around it, but the staff is friendly and their food and drinks always come out perfectly, so its worth it.

    I've been here a few times with friends to hang out, chat and of course grab a coffee. It's a quiet atmosphere that would be good from working away from home. We sat outside since the weather was nice.

    Great atmosphere, extremely and accommodating staff. My coffee wasn’t made to perfection and I let them know. They didn’t bat an eye and instantly did a remake. Perfect!

    Not a huge spot but it is definitely in the midst of an explosively growing area. The staff worked quickly and the line was moving. Since they hit all the marks on the quality of my brew, I was more than pleased. It does get a little tight so be careful/cautious driving around.

    Not a huge Starbucks, but somehow they have a decent amount of seating & power outlets. Hung out, drank coffee & ate a sandwich, and did some work with a buddy i met there. Very cordial crew at this location. Will go back when i'm in the area.

    Horrible location to try to get into. It’s situated between multiple freeways leading to a nightmare of traffic. Once you finally make it up the hill, the line is always out of control at the drive thru because the employees take too long chit chatting with guests after handing off drinks. Go inside if you must go here. Otherwise go anywhere else.

    Very unreliable store. Used to be great but now can no longer handle the volume. Often the store is closed and only taking drive thru orders with no warning on the app. Reluctantly I'll continue to go here but always with the risk they won't be open or service the community that walks

    Store manager is a Caucasian male who I witnessed interacting with an Uber driver today. The manager didn't want to leave the female driver a thumbs up satisfaction rating. Having been an Uber driver myself, I understand the importance of maintaining ratings. The store manager told the Uber driver, "No, my guys aren't doing that, their going to do their job." I applaud the Uber driver who politely left the order on the counter and did her job elsewhere. What this "Manager" failed to respect is the simple fact that we work together as Merchant and Delivery Driver. It takes all of 5 seconds to rate a driver. It's literally 1 click of a button. RATINGS are a part of the Uber driver's job and the Merchant (in this case Starbucks) is a party to that. Failing to rate drivers in this case should be given notice and more drivers should refuse to delivery from locations like this who have power trips.

    Was a decent experience up until I ate a fly in my cold brew. (It was spit back out after I realized it wasn’t pumpkin spice lol). Barista offered and remade my drink but what got me was the half hearted sorry I was given. I just felt so embarrassed and disgusted. I’m sure had I asked for a refund they would have given it but I was too upset and left. Being a former Starbucks barista myself, I know the protocols we take to keep things clean/safe and that sometimes things slip through the cracks. But to have this happen and then get a mediocre reaction from the staff was disheartening and not what I would want someone else to experience.

    This is the Starbucks I visit regularly. I live pretty close and they are consistently good, but I was really disappointed by my visit this morning. I went through the drive thru, which I normally do, but it took about 20 minutes to get through. I didn't see a bunch of people in the lobby but I figured they might be short staffed. I asked what took so long, and the window person said "we're busy, it's a slow morning, hustle and bustle. " I didn't see hustle or bustle, nor were they short of staff. I saw one person making coffee, one person stretching and then leaning on the counter, and the window person was just standing there with their hands in their pockets.

    My sister used to work here, and she would gasp in horror at my 4 star review, but I usually have a good experience at this place. I've never actually had a bad experience here. Sounds like it's not a great place to work, but I don't know anything about that besides what I've been told. That was years ago too. On the customer side however, it's a Starbucks. I think all Starbucks coffee is garbage, and overpriced, but it contains caffeine. The Wi-Fi works. That means that, unfortunately, it is a convenient place to stop, meet, and get a pick me up. Even if it tastes like burnt wood with sugar. Perfectly fine Starbucks here.

    Super friendly staff. This location can get quite busy and I think the staff does a great job to get your order ready as soo as possible. I have never had an issue with their service. Great coffee, great people, and a great location.

    Absolutely adore this place. The staff is always positive and working so hard. Kurt’s service is 10/10. He rocks! This place is always my go-to Starbucks. It can get a little busy sometimes but the barista’s have managed to make the drinks as I’ve asked for regardless of how busy it gets! I would highly recommend this location.

    Staff was super sweet, it was clean inside, and it sits atop a hill with a nice view. The only difficulty is getting on and out on a major road, but that's not really the fault of the business. 100% will visit again. @ianofaustin approved
