It was pretty alright. I couldn’t get down into lobby because of the C. But I got some pretty strong coffee! Lol. It was iced brewed coffee. It was pretty ok. But super highly Concentrated, and I’m a caffeine nut, I had to water it down. But I could have maybe got a different experience if I would have been inside. Drive-thru.

Nice place for getting some studying/work done. They even have an area where you can print stuff if you need to. Would come here over a Starbucks any day. Staff is nice and coffee is great too

Cuppa Austin Coffee Shop on Parmer Ln in Austin, TX, is a delightful gem for coffee enthusiasts. On a chilly, rainy day, I sought refuge in this cozy establishment and was treated to their exquisite White Chocolate Mocha Coffee. The rich, comforting flavors were the perfect antidote to the wintery weather. The ambiance at Cuppa Austin is thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ample seating options make it a versatile space for everything from casual meet-ups to remote work, and the complimentary Wi-Fi is a thoughtful touch for productivity. What truly impressed me is that Cuppa Austin seems to be a one-of-a-kind establishment; this sole location is a testament to their dedication to quality and authenticity. For coffee aficionados or anyone seeking a welcoming environment to savor a cup of joe, I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden Austin treasure. It's a delightful place to make your Sunday a little brighter.

Big tables and roomy. Every table has more than an outlet. Awesome internet. Great coffee and pastries as well.

Great tasting coffee that you can get in a real mug - whenever I can I avoid disposable cups. It is also a quiet place for work, there is not much direct light getting into the space (which may cause unwanted reflections on laptop screens). I only tasted coffee at this place - Americano is my go to drink. The background music is not too loud and neither are the guests. The sofas on the back are super comfortable and I could sit them all day. It is also an inclusive and safe spots no matter where you are on the gender spectrum.

I love this coffee shop. I judge places by a black cup of coffee & Cuppa does it right. Plus, they have Tacodeli tacos in the morning. If you're looking for a local spot to support, chat with a friend, get some work done, or just sit and enjoy your coffee, this is the place. One another note, the baristas are knowledgeable and they have great playlists going every time I'm there.

What a great coffee spot. The menu has a complete list of items, as well as some keto friendly coffee drinks. Service was helpful, friendly and fast. Atmosphere was EXACTLY what you would expect from an upscale coffee house. Definitely a place to visit so you can see what is the standard for a coffee shop.

Strong strong espresso with a generous pull. Service and friendliness from the barista were excellent. Coffee tasted very good but didn’t taste memorable. They use a Nuova Simonelli espresso machine. They have a nice interior space for working and a drive thru window. Will have to try it again!

Love, love, love cuppa!! Been going for two years now. I love chatting with the staff, and the owner is often around and she is just the cheeriest woman ever :) The environment and ambiance is perfect for a one on one hang out or a weekday afternoon work spot. I love the variety of options on their menu, I get so excited when a new season comes around so i can try their new drinks! Take a quick stop at cuppa, even if it’s only for a couple minutes. It’s worth it!

Espresso with a bitter after taste, poor internet and staff with an attitude (can be good or bad depending on whom you are dealing with, I have had both experiences).Good dark chocolate mocha and cold brew. Not recommended for professionals who need a reliable experience. While it is a decent shop where not many other options exists within a few miles, but I would not be coming again.

I came here with my baby sister for coffee and we had a good time enjoying the fake fireplace and the cozy couches. The baristas were all very sweet and took care to meet our dietary restrictions with kindness and grace. We have been here before, more than a year ago, and nothing has changed it seems. We will be back again in the future, and I hope that Cuppa Austin stays on the map for a long time to come.

Service here is awesome. The baristas are friendly and eager to help. I’ve been here twice and tried the cold brew with vanilla (it was strong and much needed!) I tried the drip coffee yesterday and I got a side of ice and added creamer myself so I could get the perfect amount. LOVED it. It was strong but not too strong and delicious. The atmosphere is also cozy, clean and aesthetic. The bathroom is incredibly clean!

A decent place to do remote work, but $6.99 for a latte in a mug seems a little high. Also, seeing all the staff members wearing masks was a bit concerning. There were multiple Covid protocol references amongst signs of “safe space” and “black lives matter”. All for expressing your political beliefs, but it’s almost 2023, don’t keep forcing staff members to wear masks.

Cuppa Austin is a great coffee shop for those who are looking for a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. They have a wide range of specialty coffee drinks that are expertly crafted by the friendly baristas. The interior is warm and inviting, with plenty of seating options for solo coffee drinkers or groups. The shop also offers a variety of tasty pastries and light bites that are perfect for snacking on while you enjoy your drink. Overall, I highly recommend Cuppa Austin for anyone in the area who is in need of a caffeine fix or a quiet place to relax.

Really cool place. Offers long hours of opening so helps professionals who would want to sit and work. Gives that focused time to complete work with similar professionals around. The staff is good and friendly.

I come here all the time and the cinnamon roll cupcake is mindblowing! So good! Worth swinging by every now and then going into work/leisure time!

Cuppa Austin is a fantastic coffee shop. They make great coffee, they offer some breakfast fare stuffs, and they have a great loyalty program! Plus, they have a drive through. If you're going to buy coffee out, give them a try. They're much better than Starbucks. 10/10, one of my go-to coffee shops.

Haven’t been here for years since I moved out of town. Got the frozen honey and almond latte for a hot day. Consistency is really good. I wish it was a little less sweet but overall it’s tasty! Baristas were knowledgeable and service was quick. It seems like a nice place to work or study since it was pretty quiet in there and some of the other customers had their laptops. Would recommend coming here!

Beautiful, tasty and best of all great employees every time! My daughter loves it here, and I don’t argue with my princess!

They have good menu of coffee. We had hot chocolate and coffee latte which was rich and tasty. Also to mention, taco deli breakfast is also available here if you are visiting in morning here. The restrooms are clean. They provide hand sanitizers inside at different points. We visited on our morning drive, and could enjoyed the hot coffee which was flavorsome and aromatic with balance of sweetness. 😊👍

Prices are back to normal. Thanks for response. Love this place. The iced white chocolate latte is excellent. Can’t support at $6-7 for a small late. That’s ridiculous. But great coffee and used to be my favorite stop.

Taco deli tacos, bulletproof coffee and their frozen hot chocolate and banana chocolate chip muffins are sooooooo delicious. I drive 40 minutes round trip just to get these for my daughter and I. Delicious

This is a Great place with lovely people. I absolutely love their seasonal menus. I live close, but there’s several coffee shops that are closer… but I’ll take the extra 5 min to get coffee here. My favorite thing on their menu is the Aztec and lemon poppy seed bread.

This coffee shop is so great! The staff was so polite and they genuinely seem like they love doing what they do. I was kind of shocked 2 hours after purchasing this coffee I'm still sipping at it and every sip keeps blowing me away at how high quality the actual coffee beans are they use, which you can buy separately. So I got a salted caramel mocha cold brew and all the flavors played out exactly how they should. My date got a double dark chocolate zero sugar frappuccino (or a drink pretty similar in make to a frappuccino)... and both drinks were amazing. If you like your coffee to taste like coffee, and have a rich bold nuttiness. If you don't want a sugar overload but instead a great balance that doesn't give you a sugar high try this place out.

The espresso is a more traditional dark roast (I prefer lighter roasts), but it was well extracted

I really enjoy this place. I don't live nearby anymore but stop by when I can. Great service, breakfast items are solid, and of course, great coffee.

This place is nice and cozy, has a big coffee selection and has a nice couch lounge. Nice outdoor seating is also available. They also have a drive thru in case you are on the go!

Very serviceable latte, a few snack options at the counter too. Not a large seating area, but certainly enough options to have a quiet conversation. Great staff courtesy and ability.

My boyfriend and I visited Cuppa while on our 1 year anniversary to meet up with a few associates of his that live in the area. We absolutely enjoyed all four coffees we had. Yes, four different coffee beverages between the two of us. It was that good.

I drive through Cuppa Austin weekly. The staff is really great and the coffee is even better. The tacos and kolaches are delicious as well.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered the strawberry match latte and it came with clumps of the matcha not dissolved and it just tasted bitter. The strawberry part was just dehydrated strawberries on top, had about three slices of them.

Amazing coffee! They do made to order frozen coffees and have a lot of delicious things on the menu from smoothies to tea to pastries. Also lots of flavor choices and a great place for vegans who need milk alternatives (YES they have oat milk)! Highly recommend and will be back. I love coffee and this place was so good! Fantastic friendly service as well. Good ambiance to work or hang out with friends inside!

Love this place, but the coffee is very poor quality. One of the worst in Austin area. Please change it to some good brand. Baristas don't know what is traditional cappuccino, don't know how to make foam (7-10 seconds is not enough for a good drink!). Hope they will watch youtube one day and learn.

  • 5/5 Casey G. 2 years ago on Google
Loved everything about my experience! Only been here once so far, but easily my favorite coffeeshop. They serve your lattes in mugs, which is, objectively, the best thing ever (I had an old coffeeshop in my hometown that did the same, so it's a great feeling). Amazing taco deli breakfast tacos. Amazing caramel latte and quality. Plenty of seating, and there are couches and plugs. Def check it out!
