Firstly, FRIENDLY STAFF. Secondly, this social house definitely has a comfy atmosphere. We ordered a cortado for HER and an iced vanilla latte which was absolutely delicious! Thirdly, I would like to mention that their vanilla latte (iced) was way better than some other coffee places I’ve had.

This place is a cute little shop that has awesome coffee and tea. The place has a nice charm to it and a lot of different areas for kids to play.

The coffee is good. The tea is excellent in taste and has the right amount of selection (not everything but with variety). But it is the pastries that make this place five stars. I've taken pictures of two tarts here. The almond tart had a jam at the bottom so you ate it as both a soft tart and as a hard bottom to break off. I loved that contrast. I loved that it was naturally sugary and thus not overpowering. The blueberry tart was the best form of a blueberry pastry I've had. It's small, soft, with the right amount of blueberries and a lower sweetness. That way I enjoy what I'm eating. The quiche I had a previous time was flavorful and filling. I liked that I could eat it slow and it retained heat. I also liked that the vegetables were larger pieces so you got contrast with each bite. I've also had the fat rascal scone which is very very good. I didn't take a picture because I enjoyed it too much. The coffee shop has a nice working atmosphere and a nice social atmosphere. I'd say on the weekends when I work I work inside but feel a little bad. Weekdays I don't as most people are working. Maybe I shouldn't work so much on the weekends ...

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a great dirty chai tea while my wife had a cappuccino. Tasty. I saw quite a few of cool menu items you won't see at a typical coffe house...Shepherds Pie, Some huge cheese paninis, and all sorts of the normal pastry fare. Inside seating exists, though we sat out front, and my last trip here I sat out back. Kid friendly, nice atmosphere, fast service. Beats Starbucks and the wifi works well. 5 stars.

I love the fact that they have huge indoor and outdoor seating. So a place for all seasons. Tried cappuccino. It was good. Would love to come back if I have to get some work done.

I made a small trek for this place! But what a super cute coffee and tea shop it was! I had a house made iced chai and a croissant. Both were fabulous. And when I say house made chai, I mean it. They brew together their own chai rather than just serving super sugary Oregon Chai or Big Train chai. And they use a local Austin chai tea distributor. All of the baristas and servers were super friendly! Lots of outdoor and indoor seating, which is perfect for the pandemic. There is even an awesome playground for kids and tables under shade coverings for their parents. This is an awesome hangout spot for all sorts of people! I had the best time sitting outside in the shade reading while enjoying my breakfast. Well worth the trek. Hope to come again soon!

The staff here are so friendly and genuinely welcoming. And the bakery items are delicious. Scones break apart easily, Bakewell tarts are moist, and Millionaire bars are a delicious treat with a lovely, thick layer of chocolate. And, I can't overlook their croissants: fresh, soft, and flaky. Other than pastries, I have to say that you must try their chicken salad: tender chicken, crunchy celery, and sweet red grapes. Perfect on a croissant. When it's not COVID time, you can have a tea party here. Enjoy tea sized sandwiches, pastries, jam, and a selection of tea. It's a wonderful time to sit in a comfortable and peaceful environment, with a lacy table cloth, enjoying personal tea pots and wonderful service. It's also a great excuse to pull out those party clothes you've been dying to wear--or, ladies, an excuse to buy a beautiful, multipurpose tea dress! They have excellent COVID precautions right now. You place your order online and call in to let them know you are there so they can start your order. When it is ready, they bring it out to a table outside their door and call your name. If there are others waiting, their lovely front yard allows adequate, personal spacing.

Got the chance to try the quiche. I wasn’t planning on eating anything with my coffee, but the quiche were out on the counter and so fragrant. I got the bacon one. The top has a great bacony flavor crust with a fluffy bacon, egg and cheese filling. It was a bit salty, but tbh, I like my food on the salty side. If I wasn’t trying to be mindful of my calorie intake, I’d have ordered several more. Coffee was fine, and I enjoyed the acoustic live music while I worked and had a meeting with a colleague. It was very comfortable, and I can’t wait to come back with fam.

Just by default, the food is delicious and unique, and the coffee is excellent! I'm sitting here today writing my review after the power at my home went out due to winter icing. Brentwood Social House flung open their doors, let people come in to warm up and cheer up, and they're working so hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and getting something hot to drink. They're awesome, and kind, and generous. They deserve your business and lots of appreciation!

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, especially for ambience! Warmest atmosphere I’ve seen in a coffee shop here. Killer cappuccino as well.

(I drew the faces in the lattes in the picture don’t look at this and expect it in your drink) They got housemade lavender and it was gooooooooood. Update after coming back to try the food: We got vegan Sheppard pie and cookie which were good. The lattes unfortunately had bad shots so they tasted really bad almost undrinkable the milk and sugar couldn’t hide the burnt flavor. I’d come back for the food with coffee from somewhere else. The baristas were really sweet.

Friendly and cozy, right calm atmosphere, sometimes there is hardly any seating especially in the mornings but eventually there is once a party leaves a table open, food is good-ish depends on the time of day you go. So, overall small and cozy but loud-ish and tight-spaced!

I wasn’t prepared to like this as much as I did at start due to some hiccups, but the food was so good that the negatives were overcome. I walked in and a staff of four was in front but, as I looked for my party, not one greeting or welcome or acknowledgement in spite of me walking back and forth a few times. Should be step one in training. We were there for a reserved table so I went ahead and found a friend and then we got some help to find our table. We were served the tea party food but waited approximately 12 minutes with it in front of us for the tea to go with it. We finally gave up and began sipping water and eating. Horrible acoustics. Some old rugs on the floor would help muffle the sound so that patrons could talk without the whole room hearing. Perhaps some music and some hanging plants. The floor was self-done and rather than cutting any boards, they just left side gaps in between each board that dirt falls into. This would cover that but wood putty might work too. (Ruggable has washable rugs ) So as I said I was set on not likening it here. But then we are the food. Honestly the best scone I’d ever eaten. Perfectly buttery crispy on the outside and soft and cake-like on the inside with many flavors. Everything was scratchmade unlike most tea spots that mix in homemade with Sysco. A wonderful English vegetable tart that I could not stop eating. A delightful chocolate pastry. The cucumber and cream cheese finger sandwiches had fresh dill and lemon zest. The food was perfect. The tea was also excellent. So while I felt overheard and overlooked, initially, our table service became better and the food was fantastic. So, for that, I’d be back. But I do hope rugs and plants lessen the acoustics by then. No doubt all conversations are shared with all other diners.

Such a cute coffee shop that has flavorful chai tea and London coffee and perfect pastries. Not pictured here: the lemon loaf (I scarfed it before I got a photo in), pain au chocolate and ham and cheese croissant. Ham and cheese croissant is super delicious as it’s not overly salty. The pain au chocolate is filled to the brim with chocolate which is SO wonderful for someone who eats a lot of them and never gets enough chocolate. The croissant themselves are light but flakey and not overly filling which is nice. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good distancing for meetings as well as a place that has plenty of parking! Will be back to try their afternoon tea service.

Great coffee, amazing friendly atmosphere too sit and enjoy the warmth inside since it's cold out or offer outside seating too enjoy beautiful weather. Great customer service very friendly and faster than I'd imagined. Great items too purchase I'd purchased a coffee cup well well made for only 15$ not bad at all and drinks are priced very fairly and worth it

Very cool place (used to be a house). Good pastries selection. Highly recommend trying their almond bakewell tart.

The whole line was nice and quick on getting the orders out. The two pics I posted are on their wall which I thought was really sweet. The Cons would be the restaurant was extremely small & people had a hard time getting through. Also, even though Covid is still spreading like wildfire...they weren't taking precautions to keep the store clean, line spread 6 ft, or making sure the patio wasn't crowded w/a whole bunch of people (including kids) on their playground outside. Parking was also a bit tight...but all in all it was cool. 😎

Great coffee. The place smells simply heavenly. Great outdoor space in back - fully gated and good for families. Brought home quiche, lemon tea bread, and croissants for the family, all of which vanished in no time flat.

The coffee is on the milder side, but a good blend. It’s a great place to work with plenty of rooms and tables and outlets and WiFi!

Nice coffee, chill outdoor seating. I liked their cappuccino. Even has a tiny free give/ take birdhouse type library. We didn’t love the millionaire cake as much but don’t know about other eats.
