This pancake was really good! Nicely fluffy and not dry. We added pears and blueberries to pancake :) We really enjoyed it!

Use the northbound lane of Guadalupe to get into the new location! If using the southbound lane, turn left just after the old CVS, because otherwise a lane partition in the middle of the road blocks you. I adore Pacha's especially for their pear pancakes, which are so good I don't even use syrup. I love their vibe, which they have carried with them to the new Guadalupe location where they finally have some room to breathe. The servers have always been kind and everything I have tasted here over the years has been fantastic. I'm not a coffee person, so I love that they carry a good variety of fair trade loose leaf tea from Zhi Teas, including a delicious Yerba Mate. I'll miss the old spot but I came here for comfort pear pancakes after a long morning and I walked away satisfied and definitely comforted. Thank you, Pacha's!

Very cozy atmosphere with friendly staff! Pleasantly surprised to see there was a vegan option on the menu (a veggie scramble with refried beans and your choice of bread). Great place to go for a quick bite.

We were here for brunch on a Saturday, the place was very crowded, not many tables - first come first serve basis. Parking was hard to find. Ordered Vegan platter and Apple pancake, refried beans were dry and crusty. Overall the food was very bland and disappointing. Cappuccino and Latte drinks were decent.

I'm always on the lookout for a unique and delicious breakfast experience. Also look for places that offer different items than what you would expect at breakfast and use fresh organic ingredients to prepare their menu items. I'm happy to report that Pacha did not disappoint. The environment of the cafe is warm inviting and friendly. The hot chocolate in Cafe Mocha or absolutely delicious and made from scratch. The Hallmark of our meal was the pear scallion and Bacon pancake which is probably the best pancakes I've ever had. The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection and the service from the staff was wonderful! I highly recommend checking out it's adorable breakfast spot.

Like the new location. Their cheddar bacon pancake is to die for. My LO and I shared the larger one and it was plenty. Their fruit cup is beautiful set with even a rose strawberry:) - friendly staff and they have games - thanks Pacha!

A cozy vibe for some brunch, especially great coffee and egg options. I’m going to miss the yellow house Pacha had, but I’m sure they’ll still deliver a comforting, homemade breakfast feel. Hopefully the new space will be less busy/crowded?

Best cafe experience I have ever had. The French toast tasted amazing. I had the best chai latte ever at this place. Very nice workers with amazing service. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to relax and eat.

We ordered the classic plate, an omelette, and the pulled pork sandwich. The food was pretty bland. I did like the pulled pork but it was too small of a sandwich for the price I think - it didn’t come with a side, just a few pieces of fruit. Wish I tried the coffee so can’t say anything about that. The first person we dealt with at the register wasn’t very personable but the person that was there when we left was nice. The place is cute and cozy but you can find better food other places.

Great cafe for breakfast. The pancakes taste great and the coffee is good. The whole store is comfortably furnished with many tables where you can also make a good laptop. In addition, there is a small corner with a very comfortable sofa.

Had Brunch with a friend here. I had a plain pancake and the Tex Mex Migas. Not bad, I think it would have been better if my food was warm to hot. Good atmosphere, lots of organic choices but I'd say for the price you have other options that might be better. Will I go here again?, if I'm in the area and hungry but I might look for other options. This is more of a coffee house I believe..

Cute yellow building! Loved the vibes when we came in. Cashier was super helpful and nice. But, the portion size on the salmon plate was small. They gave lots of sides but not nearly enough salmon to finish the plate. The large pear bacon scallion was interesting. The portion size was good but the textures were a bit weird for my palette. Also got a vanilla hazelnut latte (per the cashier’s recommendation) and it was delicious!

New location, same delicious food. The parking lot is tight so if you’re in the area, walk, bike or Uber it.

A great little brunch place. Came with a friend and was pretty impressed. Their small pancakes are bigger than you think and so delicious. I really liked the Bacon Cheese Pancake it was $10 but good lord it was tasty. It was even more delicious with their hot sauces they have on the side table inside. The Pear Bacon Scallion pancake was ok, not my favorite but different. Their French Toast is pretty good with the maple-pecan-espresso butter. They also serve quiche which was really good! They also have drip coffee you can get yourself which was really tasty. They don’t have much seating or parking, so keep that in mind! They do have a few outside patio tables as well.

The pear bacon scallion pancake was such a tasty meal and the chai tea was delightful. I enjoyed the laid back ambience. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu-just can’t seem to get past the pancakes the last couple times I’ve been here. Love that they support organic and sustainable food, and most of their food is from scratch. Great location and so close to work place! ♥️

delicious vegan option. My husband and son (who eat meat) also loved their dishes. Warm and inviting vibes with live music… a wonderful place in general. I sadly missed out on trying grapefruit juice but hopefully I’ll get to try it next time.

Pacha is a wonderful, cozy local cafe near several vintage clothing stores that serves fresh, organic food. We had a the French toast, veggie scramble, and scrambled eggs. Great coffee and organic tea selection.

Great breakfast find, G.F. options. But hey, tacos for breakfast. My son had an omelet. Both had espresso drinks.

Unfortunately, can't recommend this place. Good vibe, and the servers were kind, but my omelette took more than 20 minutes to make, and I paid $19 for an omelette and the house specialty latte. Between the slow service, so-so food, and painful price, would have to recommend another option in the area.

My favorite brunch spot in town!! Everything from their quiches to tortillas are clearly made in-house, with fresh ingredients. Although the pancakes probably get the most publicity (hot take: the whole wheat version tastes even better than the standard version), their other brunch items are also worth trying, especially if you enjoy spicier food. The beverages here rock too—I don't drink coffee, but they make some of the best matcha lattes I've ever had. Also happy to see that they've kept the artsy aesthetic of their old location—it's very cozy! This isn't any sort of endorsed review by the way, I just genuinely love this place and want it to get all the credit it deserves :)

The food is so mid that I suggest you save the gas money and make breakfast at home. Also, I know that it’s 100+ degrees outside but it doesn’t need to be below freezing inside the cafe. It’s cute I guess but it’s cute next to gorgeous compared to IHOP.

Has a good vibe, down to earth, cute cafe look. The food was just ok. I had the beef hash and the beef had good flavor but the potatoes were undercooked. There is really nothing worse than an uncooked potato. My husband had the classic breakfast, the potatoes weren’t cooked either and the plate felt empty without having toast. The lattes were a bit watered down. Maybe it was just an off day, I was disappointed because I really liked the venue.

Visited this place on a quick trip to Austin and were disappointed! Over priced pancakes (or should I say one pancake!). We got the banana pancake and counted six pieces of raw banana pieces. We were there around 11am on a Saturday for brunch and the staff kept accessing the attic entrance which was loud in the tiny space they have indoors. The restroom is also a storage space, which is okay except that it is in a mess with open shelved cupboard!

Great breakfast spot with organic options as well as vegan. Had the vegan scramble and was nice!

My dad and I found pacha on our trip to Austin and did breakfast/brunch here 3 days in a row. We loved it. Selection was great, food was delicious , atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. The cowboy cookie is amazing!

The food is very good here. The food always comes out great as well. I will warn anyone with a truck or anything larger than a car, it will be really hard parking. The sitting inside is a little tight but that's not anybodys fault. That's mostly for people who don't like being too close to anyone. I have spent a good 40$ in two people as well. Its the best organic food around.
