Nice, cozy venue in Downtown Austin. We had the pleasure to see the hilarious Atsuko Okatsuka’s stand up. The drinks were well made, not over priced at all. Bathrooms were really clean and there wasn’t a bad seat in the house.

Amazing venue! We catch the John Primer last night. Staff at the door is funny, they know how to entertain people. Bar crew is sweet. Stage crew is rocks! They have 7 days live music here and trust me you will find at least one day you like it!

Keep your vaccine card ready. You need it to get into the bar. Love the live performances

Great venue. Amazing sound. Perfect size to get right up close to the band. And the drinks are reasonably priced.

Authentic music venue featuring great music - exactly what you’d expect from the location! The only disappointments were the lack of seating, and poor sound distribution. The quality of sound when standing on the side made it very difficult to hear any lyrics, but the moment we stood way at the far back we could make out every word. Apart from that, we had a great time!

Very cool little nightclub, was my first visit. Saw a fave musician plus a few new ones perform there - quite intimate. Next time I'm in Austin, I definitely plan on checking out the schedule! Great Austin night spot.

Antone's Nightclub in Austin, Texas is a must-visit destination for live music lovers. The club has a rich history, having opened its doors in 1975 and becoming one of the most iconic venues in the city. Over the years, Antone's has hosted some of the biggest names in music, including Muddy Waters, B.B. King, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. When visiting Antone's, you can expect to hear a wide range of music, including blues, rock, and jazz. The club features both local and national acts, and the calendar is always packed with exciting shows. The club's intimate setting makes for a great live music experience, as the stage is close to the audience and the sound quality is excellent. If you're looking to catch a show at Antone's, it's best to check the calendar on their website and purchase tickets in advance. The club is open Wednesday through Saturday, and you can purchase tickets online or at the door. Be aware that shows can sell out quickly, so it's a good idea to buy your tickets ahead of time to ensure you don't miss out. Overall, Antone's Nightclub is a must-visit destination for live music lovers visiting Austin. With its rich history, intimate setting, and wide range of music, it's the perfect place to experience the city's vibrant music scene.

Austin's Home of the Blues. The acts are self explanatory. Have seen some brilliant performers over the last 5 years. The bar has usual booze with some craft beers, plus potato chips and hot dogs. Only about a dozen tables with 4 chairs way, plus some chairs for ADA. Otherwise, standing only. Acoustics are good but when the place fills it's a party. Pro tip: hidden all-gender bathroom past the engineer on the right.

We went to see Devin the dude and it passed the vibe check, strong drinks, happy employees and a great crowd. You could also tell they put a lot of thought into opening acts getting the mood right. We got early enough to get seating right by the stage! We didn't need a vaccine card or any covid bs

Dropped by on a Monday night while visiting from Alberta, Canada. Soul Man Sam and the house band were great. The table set up is best described as strange with two clusters along each side wall and none in front so when the band looks straight out from the stage, it’s mostly empty. Maybe they get big crowds on weekends that mostly stand and are too lazy to move the tables to the centre on week nights? My only complaint is that when I ordered a drink, I noticed a 20% gratuity had been already added to my bill. I didn’t see a sign anywhere indicating that, nor did the bartender mention it. When I said “Oh, the tip’s already on the bill?!”, the bartender responded “A little bit”…

Overall we had a good time at Antone's on a Monday night however I would say there is no need for it to be that loud in volume! We had to purchase earplugs and I saw plenty of other people doing the same or holding their fingers/hands over their ears. There is no need for that level in that size of room. Soul Man Sam was great however unable to perform a full set, the replacements for him weren't quite the same quality of sound/voice so that was lacking. The service was ok, nothing particularly special or welcoming and there was a strange lady with red hair who came round asking for tips which we found a little awkward however this might be standard for Blue's Clubs in Austin. Overall for the price and quality of the house band this was a fun night, just needed to turn it down a little. The merchandise at the front was also quite nice and reasonably priced

A legendary music venue that has great lineups of blues and rock musicians from around the nation and globe, as well as local acts. I have been to the last three locations that have held the spirit of its founder, Clifford Antone. This location is not my favorite, but as of right now, we can’t go back in time. So this is the best we get. This place is doing yeomen’s work at keeping the Blues tradition alive and well in Austin, Texas. My favorite Antone’s location was when it was on Lavaca and Fifth (I believe) in Austin. The stage was in the middle of the venue and there was not a bad spot in the house. At this location the stage is at the back of the narrow rectangular space. This creates a bit of a claustrophobic air, that makes a fan feel like a sardine when there to see the more popular bands. The best time to be there is when the crowd size is a little lower, then you can really enjoy the music. The elongated rectangle layout also results in pretty poor sound quality at the entrance area and bar. Overall this is THE place in downtown Austin (north of river) to experience traditional live rock or blues music.

Downtown concert place. Small. People talk during concerts like they are in their backyard barbecue and can replay the concert music anytime. Millenials...

Stellar concert with Jackie Venson killing it. Great experience at Antone's. No problems for ADA access and navigation. Easy and quick entry. Even though standing room facility, had some folding chairs for ADA and early arrival folks. Restrooms clean. Bar has good selection and busy bartenders. Had a complete birthday blast. Thanks for a great time.

What an epic place to see live music! So many legends have come through this spot, you could feel the history. I saw Langhorne Slim on a Thursday night with a lively crowd ready to dance and sing-a-long. The bar staff were super kind and the drinks were tasty too!

Sweet local spot for live blues and other acts. Strong drinks, big dance floor, and people there to listen to music. Very fun!

Very cool club with a long history in different locations. Retro style shop at the bottom with vinyl records and Antone's t-shirts.

Smaller than I would have thought, but that was cool. Wish there would've been seats for all.

Antones is a classic. Even though it's not the "original" Antones, there's still such a palpable energy here when you come to visit. Go see a show here. You won't regret it!

Just pure fun! Incredible musicians every time I’ve gone. You won’t go wrong if you want to hear live music.
