This place is ridiculous. Apparently the owners allow their friends to come, get drunk, and put their hands on people. The bar was closing and me and my friends were on our way out at the end of the night, when this women who was associated with an owner swung on my friend because of the outfit of another friend. It was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had on 6th. She was like 50! The thing that makes it worse is that instead of making both parties leave they protected the assaulter! But I’m not surprised there either because the staff was trying to pick fights with everybody leaving. I don’t recommend this club unless you want to be swung on for no reason and put out. Club: 0/10 Staff: 0/10

Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Anywhere else in Austin but here... Why? Where to start i dunno. 1 - Both the place and production is run by amateurs. 2-Drinks are expensive but bad 3- Rude & amateur bouncers. 4- Good Dj but bad music (sorry dj. I'm sure it's not your choice. You were trying but ...) These people should be thought customer service They have no idea about it. People doesn't go there just to waste money, They are there to have good time and spend their hard earned money and the establishment is there for them. Not the other way around.... If you go there don't expect service or good experience and you're good to go...

Sad. The entire upstairs was flooded or wet and was not blocked off to the public. Not well maintained. Drinks are definitely watered down. But I get it, anything to stay in business. Looking for a good time, this place ain’t it.

$8 for a 12oz domestic. Everywhere else is $5 for a 16oz. No wonder this place is empty and got people outside beggin you to come in

Staff is extremely disrespectful, male/owner kicked the door in the women’s restroom when trying to use the restroom an hour before closing. Made my friends and I very uncomfortable, will not be returning.

The new management and team makes this the place to be! Great diversity in music, awesome lights, and outstanding service. If youre looking for a great time, this is the place to be. The bartenders make it fun, the DJ knows exactly what to play, and if you like to dance on bars... you'll get your way!

DO NOT GO HERE. While this is clearly a bar, they call themselves a restaurant, even though they serve no food. This means each drink is an additional $3 dollars for no reason. I do not recommend anyone who wants a regular priced drink to go here.

Great music and very clean but prices are astronomical and it wasn't very full the night we were there.

Me and my guy were allowed to be disrespected at this establishment. A drink was kicked on us by a drunk patron and we were told to have a drink somewhere else. If you like being disrespected then SOHO LOUNGE in Austin 6th st IS YOUR PLACE. O yeah it is advertised as black owned but a white patron kicked a drink on us.. way to GO SOHO

They charge you for mixed drinks even if you order a shot. I.E. you order shot of crown .. they will charge you crown and extra for coke you didn’t order.. I asked the bartender and she said owner told her to do it.. it’s blacked owned and he taking advantage of people.. They also charge a extra 20 percent on every drink .. so they lie about the drink charging shot plus another drink you didn’t order than charge you 20 percent .. Tried to support but d@mn you just trying to get over on everybody ..

Great place, great drinks, fun vibe. Very clean and bartenders are knowledgeable about Austin which was awesome because we’re from out of town.

All in all, I need a few drinks in order to feel okay about being here. But then again, I could say the same about all of dirty sixth. The drinks are pretty average for the area. It can get really, really packed on the weekends, but I wouldn't recommend coming here when it's not packed because the atmosphere calls for a party. I will say that the last time I went to Soho, the music had noticeably improved. It was the most fun I had dancing all night.

This is coming from someone who has worked in the service industry. Soho has some of the rudest workers I've ever met. I wouldn’t be surprised if most of the employees are new to the industry because they move extremely slow and severely lack customer service. I find this very comical because the place wasn’t super busy and it quickly became evident why it wasn’t. I politely asked the bartender who made my first drink for a different drink because mine tasted very off (rum and coke). After I said something the person who made my drink rolled his eyes at me and didn’t say anything. He went up to 2 different bartenders and started taking other orders. One of the bartenders he spoke to eventually came up to me and took my order like she really couldn’t be bothered. Of course no one offered me an apology because that would be too much like right. The 2nd drink (vodka cranberry) wasn’t much better but at that point I no longer wanted to spend my money or time there. I sincerely hope that if the manager/workers are serious about their money they get an attitude adjustment
