Its 10:30pm after work, i wanna get food and go to bed. i ordered $25 worth of food and i was given probaby $7 worth of food. When i order 5 burritos, 2 tacos and a quesadilla i want that, not someone elses order. Im too tired to even go back.

They left off most of my order, and I didn't notice until I got home. We didn't pay for it.I had to drive back and place it again. The dipping taco was very good & my quesadilla was, too. I ordered chips with cheese, and they were basically crumbs.

This used to be a good Taco Bell, order was always right, people were friendly and professional. Now, Just like the McDonalds in town I will NEVER go back to this Taco Bell. Tonight they just lost a long time customer. Food was wrong, staff didn't seem to care. They went through the motions, gave me a disinterested, lazy "sorry" and then "corrected" the problem (they didn't complete my order, I didn't find out until I was home and had to drive all the way back across town to get the rest of my food) by giving me a CrunchWrap Supreme with almost no meat on it. I might as well have ordered a vegan CruchWrap. Food quality has hit rock bottom, used to be a good Taco Bell but I won't be going to this one ever again. Worth the drive to go to a good one somewhere else.

This was my first job over 15 years ago. I was there day one when this location opened it's doors. I took pride in working the front register and greeting and taking care of my customers. When I popped in here for a quick lunch with my daughter on an early Saturday afternoon, the dining room was filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting and the employees didn't give a hoot about us as customers. It was extremely disappointing. How is your lobby that filthy when you've been open just a few hours and you're fully staffed? Figure it out!

$5.19 for a crunchwrap that had about 1 teaspoon of meat on it. They should be ashamed of themselves. Welcome to America. Home of the greed. Our long johns meals were bad. The only good thing is that we actually got hot fries for the first time in 20 years.

The last few times I have gone in the evening, I have gotten the wrong order every time. Either it’s missing something or it’s made wrong. And they are rude about me pointing it out. At this point I won’t be going back since my order is always wrong

On April 3rd 2023 at around 1130pm I went thru the drive thru. I ordered on the app After telling the person at the drive thru my name they then told me. They don't have cheesey gordia crunches, chalupas, or rice.They also told me that they don't even work there... After a long stressful day at work I was not in the mood. Not sure if it was a joke or not but was not very professional.

It is now friday march 3rd. Taco bell in salem ohio is 24 7 isnt it? Either way , i pulled up about 11to 11:10pm today qn they said over the com that they are closed . Whats with that? Bit shady?

Everytime I have ordered the taco bell it's really on point. Sometimes the crunchwrap isn't put together well. I steer away from LJS tho.

Everytime we come here they screw up our order Food is sloppy and not hot or fresh... Very disappointing.

Food came quickly. Would give 5 stars but the grease on the fish made me feel Ill. But other than that it was good!
