**I posted this same review to the management company website.** If I could give negative stars I would. I live in Kerrybrook apartments in Austintown, OH. This is day 20 with no central air conditioning. I have gotten multiple letters and phone calls regarding the rent I didn’t pay for this month due to them taking their sweet time fixing my air conditioning. I have made MULTIPLE calls to Maintence and have kept in contact constantly with the leasing office with absolutely no communication. They told me they have accommodated me by giving me a window AC unit that we decided to place in our bedroom because the unit would not cool the whole apartment. How is this accommodating me? Am I supposed to live in my bedroom? My living room area is consistently 80 degrees. I wanted to speak with someone at the management company and was told I can send an email to the leasing office and they will forward it on. I have made many attempts to get this issue fixed and have been consistently blown off. I made it clear that I wanted my rent to be pro-rated for everyday I have not had hair conditioning. I had to deal with the heat index being at 100 degrees with no central AC oh and did I mention I LIVE ON THE THIRD FLOOR so you can imagine how awful it’s been. And on top of all this I’m pregnant and the heat has and still is causing me to be sick and throwing up constantly. It is not safe for a pregnant woman to be living in these conditions. I have not heard back from the management company on the answer of pro-rating my rent. Instead I get told they’re going to put me in eviction status for not paying? WHAT!!! I’m not refusing to pay I just want my rent pro-rated since it’s been absolutely miserable for myself and my family. I honestly wish they would just tear up my lease so I could move away from this hell. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. I DO NOT recommend ever renting from them and if you do BEWARE of their sloth speed in fixing necessary things such as central AC.

Your rent will go up every year. It's a blessing I'm not there anymore. The only positive is that my dog was allowed. 250.00 non refundable pet deposit and 25 per month pet rent. This was eight years ago.

Would not recommend to ANYONE. You are paying for poor management, old windows that they refuse to fix.. (expect 150+ added to your electric, gas bill.) The walls are not even, the stove fridge and dishwasher will be crooked compared to the walls.. Don’t let me forget, if you ever try to call corporate, you will never hear back from them. (Called 34 times in a month, left voicemails and didn’t hear back.) I payed 674 for NOTHING. This place is a joke. I would HATE to work for this place. The two girls working there have no respect for anyone. I have a family member living in the one rooms and they are disgusting when talking to the people living there. If your looking to spend less money, better management & employees. My dad has some duplexes available, 600 a month. Don’t waste your time looking at these apartments. I’ve had clothes stolen out of the washer from the girl that works at the apartment building & saw her wearing MY clothes. And the first month of living there, the front door knob broke and after 7 months to this day it is still broke and they haven’t attempted to fix it or get a new one. Meaning ANYONE can walk in and knock down your door. Again, don’t waist your time.

Worst place to live. Me and my family have lived here for 2 years now. The staff and managers and upper people are the worst. And they don't do nothing right. Things don't get fixed. I suggest not living here at all. I regret living here. There is so much things that they violated in our lease. And if things don't get handled we will have a case on the company.

If I could give negative rating I would! I have lived here for 1 month only and I’m trying to find a way out! We called in the first week to get stuff fixed nothing and now we have been waiting 5 days to get a door back on because it fell out. This apartment is infested with bees and ticks we found ticks in our apartment and in the pull in and they did not seem to care when we told them. The AC does not work in the bedrooms and barely anywhere else plus our building in not even and everything slides! Oh and if you like hot showers good luck with that the water stays warm for maybe 5 minutes!

First off I’d be giving them a ZERO OUT FIVE!! I’ve been here for a year now! Have had no complaints until now!! I called because we hadn’t received any notice about our lease renewal ( remind you they hounded us like dogs last year for our renewal!!!) and we honestly had not intent on a renewal this year. When I spoke with someone I was told we had got put into automatic renewal?? First off how? We hadn’t signed any paperwork that was required with our last renewal!! & then I was I told if we plan on leaving we may be responsible for the rent until they are able to find someone else to rent to unit to!! I wouldn’t anyone to rent through them at all. I’m so upset with this company!

I have been here for 4 months and it's been great. Every issue I have had maintenance has been here within the day to have it fixed. My bathroom door was stuck and they came out same day to fix it. The price seems good to me compared to other properties that are rundown and unlivable. I also have a service animal and with the appropriate paperwork needed from my doctors I was able to get her in here within the month. Her weight was never an issue. I definitely recommend this complex to others. I also feel extremely safe here and it feels like it's my home. The only negative I have: no light fixture or ceiling fan in the bedroom so I have to have lamps in the bedroom and living room. The ac unit also doesn't really cool the bedroom area. Other than that it's great.

Raise your rent so high each year it basically forces you to move out. The building is basically falling apart. Plants growing from the gutters my deck has wood rot ...huge whole in ceiling birds get in carpenter antz in the summer my neighbors apt smells like cat piss don't live here!!!!! They really don't care 😪 unfortunately.

Do not move here. I promise you will regret it. Overpriced rent for a place riddled with drug activity, unclean, useless property managers, even corporate can’t help you. Ask anyone who lives here or in an AIY property. Literally anywhere else. The West Side is cleaner and more safe than this disgusting slumlord ran dump.

it has been 2 years since my boyfriend and I have lived here and we cant wait to move out!! first off if an apartment unit becomes vacant and they come to clean it up the maintenance crew blasts music and makes as much noise at possible so good luck relaxing all day. the new management here SUCKS. about a year ago there was a leak in the apartment unit below and we werent home so they called and asked if they could enter, we said no and they waited until we got home. i just found out that yesterday the same leak was occurring downstairs and this time they didnt call us to ask they said "we knocked and no one answered so we just let ourselves in because it was an emergency" which they aren't allowed to do without our permission no matter what!!!!! a call would have been nice? I am fuming right now and we just made up our mind that we will not be signing another lease with this terrible company. look somewhere else!! with the rent being $720 and rising every year its not worth it. youre better off renting a house.
