Spotlight is my de-stress place! I come alive with possibilities here - so many uses. I came in looking for wool, but side tracked a bit. Lovely material suitable for making my own dressing gown, a kid's tray that could also do as a stable table alternative for my laptop, notions and bits and bobs! My friend thought that he was rescuing me....wrong!!

it was absolutely terrible and disgusting. i went there to buy fabric for my little girls birthday party and they had no fabric in stock and said they would have none for the next 12 months. this is unacceptable

Was hard to get assistance for a purchase. No one came to help for ages. Although there were staff talking and laughing up the aisle. When approached they kept talking so I took my purchase elsewhere. Wont go back.

I don't have a problem with the Wangaratta store, but honestly they need to change the company who make their made to measure curtains. It is nearly 12 months since I ordered sheers for 4 windows. Well, one came which was barely passable as with the hem touching the floor in a couple of places, the other 3 had to be returned as the lengths were all over the place. Well after waiting months, I finally got 2 back (not 3) & again barely passable as far as length goes. Weeks later the 3rd arrived & guess what, still so uneven & totally unacceptable!!! Has now had to be sent back AGAIN. Where do I go from here. Cost me in excess of $3000. It has to be said that Shae from the Wangaratta store has been amazing & she has tried so hard to sort all this out for me. Very disappointed that no one as in the powers to be have contacted me & tried to sort this problem out. Word of advice, Wangaratta store get rid of that company in Brisbane & until that happens, don't get any curtains from them.😠 Never again!!
