They took advantage of my partner and I when we were in need of fast cash due to experiencing an unexpected vet bill. After ringing to see if they would be interested in loaning on our item, the answer was definately please bring it in. Once we arrived at the store the story changed where they played out they were not interested only if we were to sell the item. As we were desperate we regretfully did sell. I visited the store today to be in shock that they now have this item on the shelf for $1300 More than they paid us. This is daylight robbery. I'll never deal with this place ever again

After two very negative experiences and the lies the staff tell people of why that can't do this, or that price. They actually can. As an independent contractor it's my job to check transparency and audits within the workings of pawn shops. They must be ethical and moral - this one is not. Samsung watch 4 - got 120 and they marked it up to 490 a few months ago. Today I brought in a 6 month old Samsung S20 which they said had screen burn in and it was irreversible. Samsung states otherwise. They offered me 275 for a 1200 phone. These guys take advantage of flood victims, covids victims and people who are desperate. Go anywhere but here. I will be watching closely.

They will not sell you anything unless you give your personal details home address etc, funny i have shopped here before and was never asked for my details like today, demanded i give my home address etc, will never shop here ever again, what terrible store policy, demanding peoples personal details for a purchase and if you dont give your personal details they REFUSE to sell to you, ridiculous. Want my first born also ? EDIT- So from what you are telling me, your store has broken the law selling to me in the past and not demanding my details, noted, will let the cops know.

Purchased some Christmas gifts from here a few days ago. Had a wide range of items andthe ladies behind the counter were quite helpful, making shopping a breeze. Definitely worth checking out when you get a chance!

I have notice when taking my items for a loan my item had been touched and unsrewed. There are alot of things that this shop is done. Sometime its unfair that we pay for our item with interest and things are change from good to bad. Some1 should investigate the matter which i will next time. My scooter electric has been unscrew and its not running properly. I regret it now and not taking my items there again. Everyone now should take a photo of your items and make sure its not been touched. This shop will change your item etc with new to the old parts is how they do their work a warning.

Bought a watch on-line through gumtree. The staff I spoke to were fantastic. Bent over backwards to help. The whole transaction was simple and painless. They express post for me with no hassles.
