The whole team at Clare Auto have been brilliant. After a check over they found my clutch on my 4wd was on its way out. They managed to organize a part to be fitted a day later and offered me a loan car whilst it was in to be fixed. They really went all out to get me on the road asap as I had to tow horses the day it was being fixed. They explained everything really well and were so helpful.

When our car broke down on Sunday, just outside Clare on the way home to Vic, Brian was there within 15 minutes and arranged for Andrew to come and tow us back to town. Within an hour of our breakdown we were at the motel and before lunch the next day our vehicle was fixed and we were back on the road. This was exceptional service. Thanks so much Andrew and Brian.

Referred by RAA to attend my 4WD vehicle which became critically bogged, in very difficult wet, muddy, and extreme cold windy conditions. Gentleman from Clare Auto responded immediately and travelled approximately 17 kilometres ( 50 kms round trip) to tow me free. Checked the car was running ok and no mechanical obvious repair needed. Then he guided me slowly back into town (on a better road), in case a repair problem arose on the way to a car high pressure wash site. There I could remove volumes of clay mud from under vehicle. My membership did not cover a tow service (because no mechanical breakdown) and attendant seemed happy to simply get me mobile. The gentleman's attitude and help were superb even though my RAA membership as I understand, didn't renumerate him or cover the tow (where no mechanical repair needed). Pleasingly after cleaning car, I attended his workshop in Clare and reward him accordingly.

Worst unprofessional people ive ever had the experience of dealing with. Rude and impolite and belligerent. Never would I recommend such a awful company to anyone. Avoid this place before you to are charged an exorbitant amount of money and still have the problem exist. Also unwilling to accept responsibility for poor workmanship. Kept on blaming the cars service history
