wanted
to
take
a
moment
to
share
my
recent
experience
at
the
dentist's
office,
specifically
with
two
outstanding
receptionists,
Isabel
and
Michelle.
From
the
moment
I
walked
in
the
door,
I
was
greeted
with
warmth
and
professionalism
that
set
the
tone
for
the
rest
of
my
visit.
Isabel
and
Michelle
were
incredibly
friendly,
approachable,
and
efficient.
They
were
able
to
answer
all
of
my
questions
and
concerns
with
ease,
which
put
me
at
ease.
They
made
sure
that
I
felt
comfortable
and
that
my
visit
was
as
stress-free
as
possible.
I
was
impressed
with
their
attention
to
detail,
as
they
made
sure
to
double-check
my
appointment
time
and
insurance
information
to
ensure
that
everything
was
accurate.
Their
organizational
skills
were
evident,
as
they
kept
the
front
desk
area
neat
and
tidy
while
multitasking
various
duties.
Overall,
I
was
extremely
impressed
with
Isabel
and
Michelle's
customer
service
skills.
They
truly
went
above
and
beyond
to
make
my
visit
a
positive
one,
and
I
couldn't
be
more
grateful.
They
are
truly
an
asset
to
the
dentist's
office
and
I
highly
recommend
them
to
anyone
in
need
of
dental
services.
