Definitely do not recommend purchasing from this company. I placed an order four weeks ago and they have only just shipped it, after me contacting them numerous times to ask where my order was because I received no communication at all from them. The replies I eventually received from them were automated/copy-and-pasted responses saying "sorry for the delay", but providing no information on the whereabouts of my order. Abysmal customer service and not worth the money I paid. They're either a business with no idea how to run a business, or a complete scam - will wait and see whether my order actually arrives.

My partner had an order from this business, weeks and weeks of zero communication unless she prompted them first, all responses were false promises and empty words. Over a month after the order and we just received notification that they have just SENT our package so who knows when we will actually receive it. Terrible customer service, feels like a small business that doesn't quite know what they're doing.

I really dislike having to negatively review small businesses. I also dislike being taken advantage of. Poor value for money, long postage time & a poor offer as an apology, leads to more people being ripped off if no-one says anything. I had been given the Tree on a Hill art set for christmas, enjoyed doing it, (even though it seemed overpriced given the contents & poor quality brushes). I was given the charcoal rose drawing set for my birthday. This contained 1 half size pencil, 1 piece of charcoal, 1 piece of willow charcoal, 1 eraser, 2 sheets of paper which was same quality as printing paper & a small basic instruction leaflet. The cost was $45. The postage cost was $12 & took between 3 & 4 weeks to arrive even with email enquiries as to the whereabouts. $57 for poor service & poorer quality product. I politely emailed saying how underwhelmed I was, received an apology whereby my concerns would be passed to a manager. The next day, I received another apology email (with no name that I could respond to) offering a free download from their website. This download costs them nothing, yet I would need to purchase canvas paints & brushes in order to use it. I replied that perhaps a better offer would be to be to suggest a full refund including post costs, so the kit could be returned to them. I have heard nothing since. If I receive further communication, I will adjust my review accordingly, but even if I receive a full refund, I cannot recommend this set as value for money in any way or form. I will not be using this company again, nor will I be recommending it. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero.

I also would absolutely not recommend purchasing from this company. Still waiting on my order from three weeks ago. Their email responses are stock replies, and the reply is always, sorry we have been busy. Absolutely zero customer care. Save your money and your patience and do not purchase from this company.

Completed the ‘Brilliant Zebra’ kit and definitely enjoyed it. Would never imagine myself doing any kind of art, but the guides were so easy to follow, and it actually turned out awesome in the end which was very surprising! Without the guide and everything supplied within the kit I never would’ve done it Also attended a paint & sip class at Stockmans winery and enjoyed it so much! Staff were great and were always happy to help out

I visited About the Brew last week to have afternoon tea, and it was an outstanding experience. Not only were the staff extremely attentive, but the tea was delicious, their variety was fascinating, and everything arrived promptly! The business has a lovely atmosphere and is the ideal location to catch up with friends! I will be returning as soon as I can.

The waiter was a lovely man. I had the granola and Greek yogurt. The price was reasonable and it was full of delicious fruit. All the meals my family had were delicious and beautifully presented. Coffee was also good. Fantastic atmosphere and all staff were lovely people. The standard at this restaurant was the same as you espect in inner Melbourne. This cafe definitely redeemed the negative experiences we had at the other cafes in Orange.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this place. Multiple emails, promising soon soon soon despatch of my order and 10 business days later, still nothing despite them telling me it’s 4-5 business days. More apologies, and since I’ve requested a refund absolute silence. I have my doubts on whether I’ll receive a kit or a refund at this point. Shame I had to leave one star just to put this review in cos they deserve zero. They say 2 business days to reply to queries and I don’t know why it takes that long since they obviously AREN’T busy actually packing their orders. If my order or refund ever arrives I certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone, EVER. If you’re contemplating ordering a kit from this place make sure you don’t actually want it until the next calendar year at the earliest.

This business is disappointing and not worth the trouble of ordering from! If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed that a small Aussie business would treat customers this way. They give cut and paste emails that actually never give any information about what's happening. The mobile number always has a full voicemail box and the phone is never answered. They don't answer FB messages either. I ordered in April and still yet to get the products (6 kits) or refund. Every time they communicate they provide an excuse as to what's happening. from " we are busy", "its on its way" "we are getting to it" "i will mark it urgent"" our systems are down" or just pure silence and no response at all. In reality they just lie and lie to not do what they promise. I have tried every avenue to get what I paid for and unfortunately I feel this business is a scam. I have given them MANY opportunities to fix this issue I also advised them that I am contacting NSW fair trading - I received no response. I have now reported to NSW fair trading and I encourage you to not bother buying from this so called Aussie small business.

After waiting over 3 weeks for my order I requested a cancellation and refund as it didn't arrive in time for the event I was hosting. After over another week and a standard "this has been escalated to management" I have not received any response. Do not trust the standard shipping times as I've just wasted over $200 trying to support a local business!
