I'm a big Okami fan and love the tasty all-you-can-eat menu. It's truly value for money. Conveniently, centrally located with plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and get dishes out at a reasonable pace. A suggestion for improvement would be to offer a sashimi only plate on all-you-can-eat menu.

It's a bit chaotic and busy. Food is ok. Sushi isn't bad and seems fresh. Lots of options to choose from. Service is a bit hit and miss. especially if busy. Was rushed and started cleaning table with us still on it and started taking our water cups even not finished. Not great. Very hectic. Second visit. Bit better. The service from the college students is really pleasant. Just wish there were more ppl with those ipads to order from. They need ipads at your table to order would be better. Food still a bit salty esp noodles and dumplings.

The best time to go is 5:30 pm. The best service at this time. You should order most of the food at the first time. Cause later on the business get busy so you kind of hard to reach the waiter. But overall was good.

How wonderful is it to have a Japanese restaurant in Shepparton. The service was outstanding, and our lunch was a great experience. Two hours, all you can eat from the menu. The staff come around and ask what you would like to order. You can order the same thing over and over or try new dishes. There is a surcharge if you do not eat what's on the plate. Wastage is a terrible thing, and the staff ensures that you don't waste food. It's also great to see so many children eating Japanese cuisine.

Great service, delicious food . They have one all you can eat offer which is very reasonable. If you are around Shepparton this is one of the restaurants you should try.

I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere was very nice. My personal favourites were the chicken karaage and green tea ice cream.

We went to eat at 5:45pm and better choice to go earlier. All food was so good except takoyaki and cooked prawns. It was bit dry tonight. But still ok with it. Some people were super nice and of course some are not even smiling. It was still great to go for a celebration for my husbands birthday party dinner. 🙂

Me and my friends went to Okami Friday night, we didn’t book a table, that was a spout of the moment decision. However, the waitress Lesley tries her best to set up a table for our group. All of us like the food especially sushi and mushroom salad, that was yummy!!! Although our last order ice cream came late, we understood the staff is new and still training. It’s not a big deal to us. Overall I will definitely come back again!!!

Went for the all you can eat and the food was sublime. The staff were friendly and attentive, regularly checking if you wanted more dishes brought out. Will definitely be dinning there again.

We went into the 'All you can eat' session, where you order smaller portions to keep food waste to a minimum (Good idea). We had a great time, they have made excellent use of restricted space.... just like Japan.

Beautiful food, really nice staff. Not price friendly with respect to children as they eat little. Overall, a very nice dining experience.

Great food and good deal for the buffet package.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Shepparton. The Japanese cuisine is so delicious. The drinks like Green Tea and Sake are great to wash food down with, and the desserts are amazingly tasty. The staff are wonderful, friendly and provide fast service.

Our first time here won’t be the last. Food was amazing service excellent.
