They are not noticing what the customer wants,and there is no one that would speak English properly,and answer you in a proper way.they ruined my nails.

Not amused, highly disappointed. Took my mum there for mothers day, they're always quite popular and I assumed they'd be good. Even after booking, being 10 minutes late due to traffic, the delay was another 70 minutes. But the service was horrendous, they keep looking towards each other and laughing seeming to chat about the client. Furthermore, the manicure and pedicure took a total of 20 minutes. Barely any kind of massage, and the filing of nails was uneven. It's only been one day and the nail-polish has almost completed chipped off. The service itself was $55, but the customer service was worth nothing. They're rude, don't listen, ignore and prioritise customers with higher paying services. Furthermore, the lady doing my mums nail paint for her feet picked "the same nail polish" as her hands were being done, but it was a completely different colour! I had to interfere and tell her it was wrong, and she still disagreed, while her colleague laughed. Ridiculous.

I go here every couple of weeks with my best friend. We love it! Very talented nail artists. Great customer service! We 100% recommend!

I’ve been going to this salon for 3 years now and they have always..always done a beautiful job! I have acrylics on hands and pedicure every 4 weeks and always impeccable service. Yes, the ladies chat away in Vietnamese but hey, why not, they’re entitled to have fun. I’ve noticed some reviews on this site that I believe are unwarranted. Many walk in on a full salon and expect to be attended to straight away - rude and inconsiderate people! Many walk in and bargain the price so low, it’s insulting to workers who work damn hard to make a living! Many customers also expect the nails to last forever (I hear their complaints!). These nail artists are decent, hard working people and they do a fab job every time! Thank you for your service.

I have tried giving this place many chances are they are local to me. Every single encounter has been horrible. The owner is extremely rude with every encounter I have had. My nails never last they are always rushed. I came in today to fix a nail which was broken and because it wasn’t making her money I was turned away to come back “ in an hour”. I have seen her turn down services like kids nails and then accept others which will make her more money. It’s very unprofessional. I am not one to write reviews on places but given the continual negative experiences, I thought it was best to inform people.

Rude staff. Very over priced. Young girl with glasses would not even let me look at a colour palette while I was waiting, when I asked nicely. She said 'You can wait' in a rude manner. She spoke behind my back to her colleagues in their language. Making it obvious. Disgusting service. Would never go back there again.

1) very expensive! $110 for manicure, Pedicure shelac !! 2) very rude! making fun of me because I asked for diamond shape nail, while it was Almond and speaking with their own language and laughing:( . 3) started 3:00pm and finished 5:00 ! 2 hours !!! they didn't say no to any new customer!! and I was the last ! not a good experience at all.

I’m a regular at this place, and I always ask for the same nail specialist & she’s absolutely amazing! Recommend this shop but would say go a few times so they know you, as it helps to build a good relationship and service is good from that experience. I also love how they have a TV with Netflix playing (usually Gilmore Girls) with subtitles & not too much volume, as it can get boring waiting for nails to be done so is a good distraction.

The lady was rude and rough drilled my nails so thin and the acrylic so thin. I asked her to make it thicker & she got very frustrated at me. She slapped on thick chunky blobs without filing them down to shape! I asked for natural and thicker so they don’t break, not paper thin or chunky. 2 week simple Infill overly priced. Happy to take my cash and leave me with a botched nail job which was for my birthday. Won’t be back here and don’t recommend.

I went here to get my acrylic nails removed. At first, they tried removing them by slipping a fine nail tip underneath the acrylic to flick it off. 3 nails in and I was in so much pain I pulled my hand away and asked if my nails could be soaked off. The lady said it would take a long time, I responded I’d rather wait than be in pain… this lady left to work on someone else, and after some time another lady came to start filing back my acrylics. It got to a point where she had actually filed back some of my actual nail, and on other nails, acrylic was still left when she said “go wash your hands”. I told her there’s still acrylic there and she said no there’s not. I then began picking it off and showed her. She put my hands back in to soak. After a short while, the manager (I assume) came over and starting removing more acrylic. She was pulling and my hands and being very rough and rude. After a while, I was again told to go wash my hands. My nails are completely ruined and they were throbbing for a couple days after this. Plus I still had to peel off the acrylic myself!! I would NOT go here. Rude staff and no care for customers at all.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The pedicure was extremely expensive - paying extra to have my sheet shaven (I have never had this before) The entire pedicure was poor - little moisturising of the skin, cutting & manicuring of the nails. I would never return Waste of money

The worst experience. The girl doing my nails was rude. When I asked her to be gentle whilst buffing my nails she completely ignored me and continued. Then the owner/manager took over and was equally as rude. The worst experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Would rate one star if possible. Came in this evening at 6:20pm and asked how long the wait would be for acrylic infills for two people. The lady in the pink (I assume the owner/ manager) told us to come back at 7:30pm. Myself and my daughter in law went for a walk and came back at 7:15pm and asked if they could still take us and the same lady told us that she can’t take us and that we should’ve waited in the store. We were not told to wait in store at all and are furious that we were not accommodated for the owner/ managers communication issues. After reading reviews on this stores consistent bad communication, poor work and general uncleanliness, I’m glad we didn’t end up getting our nails done. Would not recommend.

I wish it was possible to give no stars at all. I went there today for my acrylics and pedicure. I chose my toenails colour and they straight away assumed it was the same for my fingernails as well. When they were ready to do my nails they got so angry at me and started making faces because I wanted to change the colour but they never let me pick in the first place!!!? ON TOP OF THAT The employee who was doing my nails CUT the side skin of THREE of my nails. They were all bleeding and she kept making faces and complaining that I was moving. Then she said "you have a lot of skin so it cuts" - that was ridiculous. When I went to pay I told the manager what happened and she was taking the side of her employee and had no care for the customer. They all kept blaming me for moving when in reality the employee was rushing. It was very obvious they were all talking I'm their language against me. There customers were also shocked and unhappy with their rushed and aggressive service towards me. The service was pathetic and completely rude. I will never go here again and make sure none of my friends or family do either.

This was an awful experience. I rarely ever pamper myself. I booked 4 days ago, but when I arrived they had no record. They couldn’t understand what I was asking for. Eventually I was asked to wait but then someone else was started before me who didn’t have an appointment. They completely misunderstood what I wanted and then refused to do French tips as just a colour. I sat under the “drying box” in the corner of the room for over an hour because they forgot about me. I wasn’t even on a comfy chair. Charged me a fortune just for paint on toes and fingers. I’ll never go again.

The worst nail salon I have ever been too. The workers were rude and made fun of me for choosing almond shaped nails but literally made them so pointy and short and ruined the shape making me hate my nails. The workers made fun of my nails and are so rude. There was no Colors for acrylics and they didn’t even paint them properly. Do not recommend whatsoever.
