A Carer went in today for an almost blind, frail elderly lady and charged her $24 for toilet rolls (6 pack), $29.95 for hand sanitiser and $8 for tissues. Absolutely disgusting. Not only is gouging illegal but also appalling during such a time.

I googled 'Chemists near me' and noticed that you say you are open until 4am? Now that you are closing earlier on Saturday's may I suggest that you change your opening time to reflect what's written and posted on your entrance door. I have been going through quite a lot in the past 12 months, the staff here are so friendly, helpful and have so much knowledge to assist you with any problem. Now on a first name basis with them and they look after you price wise (even throughout the pandemic) I’m unsure on the other reviews, it’s almost like they are talking about a completely different pharmacy, as there are many around the castle hill area. I have moved over 30 km away and still will only go to this pharmacy for their service and honesty. If you’re reading this, thank you boys, you are amazing!

A great reliable local pharmacy with helpful staff and good range of products, Barwell pharmacy are also great as they are conveniently located next to the medical centre, it is also open late and have very competitive prices on many of their products. We use this pharmacy every time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good prescription prices given its location very convenient and it is small boutique unlike bigger chemist that you need to go through the hassle of traffic and parking like Castle towers. They can keep your repeated prescription for next visit....so convenient for me where a chemist manages my prescription repeats and let me know if and when I need to see my doctor for a new prescription repeats. Thanks team for your great service.... much appreciated 👍
