One of the best remedial massages I’ve had. I told the masseuse I wanted a full-body massage, and they gave it to me. The foot massage was my favourite! They also used hot stones for a few minutes- which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean, and the fancy bathroom facilities were a nice bonus. They also have a locker next to the massage bed for a more peace of mind. They don’t have hicaps but they can issue a receipt you can use to make a claim from your private health fund. Definitely coming back!

It was a very bad experience for today’s visit! Me and my wife are regular customers. Even if there are a lot of massage places near our place we always come here. Even before the pandemic we come for a monthly massage having the aromatherapy/ traditional Thai massage and it’s really good. But today’s visit was very disappointing and frustrating. My kids massage are even better than what we experienced today. We didn’t really feel relaxed at all. It’s like they are just applying lotion or oil which we can actually do ourselves or even just ask our kids to do for us! Our previous massages always have the stretching at the end of the session and we can really feel the massage, but today’s one..nothing at all and when we asked for it they said it’s not part of the massage. How come!!! For the last years we always have that at the end of the massage. I was telling to add a little bit pressure coz I can’t feel anything at all she was basically just applying oil and the massage therapist said we have to add $15 for a remedial massage. The lady at reception wants to charge $85 for remedial massage when we always just get the aromatherapy massage for $70. Money is all that matters to her, not customer satisfaction. We will never go here again and will stop recommending to our friends! 25/02/23 Saturday! What a BAD day! Even if you look at your records you will see. Why all of a sudden the massage is not a massage at all..it was merely applying the oil that’s it! Before the service was a real massage..today’s one was just application of the oil..so the massage therapist before who were giving the best massage didn’t even asked us to add $15 to have a feel of a real massage! We are loyal customers and we know what we deserve to get from the money we pay. So for the past 4 years vs today’s massage there was a big difference.

I have been a regular with my partner at Amanda's for the past three years. My very first experience was having a remedial massage, highly recommended by them. Due to the aches and pain I felt after the session I decided with the aromatherapy massage for every other visit as it was less deep and more relaxing. However yesterday morning my partner and I went in for the aromatherapy and after continually telling the receptionist this was what we wanted she kept pushing for the remedial massage, now saying aroma is only a relaxation massage and we might not be satisfied with the service. It seems they are more concerned with money than customer service. This morning my partner has woken up with a swollen neck and I am finding it hard moving my left shoulder. The problem is masseur says they have either studied or want to fix everything even when we indicate force is too much. We are regretting yesterday 's session and will not be returning.

It was and clean. I really enjoyed the massage. It was a relief. I felt so good after that. I chose the remedial oil massage. The room was with dim light, soft soothing music, nice fragrance and you get a locker to keep your personal belongings. Would definitely recommend. A must try.

I have been going to this place for many years, however over the last 2 months the quality of the massages has reduced significantly. The aromatherapy one hour oil massages are now more "relaxation" sessions - there is no pressure applied and no requests to focus on specific areas. Customers are being pushed to do remedial massages instead (at $15 more expensive price), however these remedial massages are not adding that much value on top of what used to be provided for the aromatherapy one hour sessions. Additionally, if a masseuse provided very good service, previously their name could be obtained so a good review or future booking could be made. However now the staff refuse to provide their names - it has become bit colder and impersonal.

Professional massage. Everything is aboveboard here. The pressure was probably a bit too hard, and I felt sore the next day, however I would recommend if you’re looking for a decent massage. I saw Ann who was excellent. However hard pressure is not for me.

Every time I come to Amanda's massage, I walk out feeling amazing! It has been my regular for a while now I'm incredibly impressed. Great service, and wonderful staff. Special mention to Nan who made me feel amazing today!

DEFINITELY MY ONLY TO GO THAI MASSAGE THERAPY PLACE! Staffs are really trained. Prices are competitive - par with the experience. Been a regular customer over a year. Good customer service as well. Good job as always Amanda and crew!

First time here, greeted with a warm welcome. First therapist was Didi, definitely not for me, she took nearly 5 minutes disappearing behind the blinds and left me there wondering. She was replaced by Mary who took over the rest of my half hour and it was perfect for my body aches and pain. Overall I'll be back for Mary. As per Didi, she's a 4.7 according to my husband's review who was good for his muscle pain tolerance. The place was very clean and professional.

Amazing and super professional masseuse! My go to is remedial massage which costs $85 (which isn’t unreasonable). I have been here 5 times and not once have been disappointed, all masseuses are well trained!

Best massage in Parramatta. I recommend booking ahead as they are always busy. Lovely owner and staff are very professional. They take hicaps on the spot for your health fund also.
