Bought the Large Taro Milk Tea for $6.80 with Strawberry Pearls for an additional $0.70. The tea itself tasted pretty good, although the lady with the glasses (whom others have complained about) never asked for my ice levels or sugar levels. However there was copious amounts of unmixed tea powder which rendered the bottom quarter of the drink undrinkable. The pearls weren't properly cooked, it was hard to tell if it was underdone or overdone but the texture was completely off, and they had just about zero taste or sweetness. Not good, go somewhere else.

Very bad customer services. I went to other Gong Cha stores but I never received a bad experience like that. The lady focused on her phone, keep a cold face and doesn’t says anything even I said “hello” and “thank you” to her. I’ll never come back again to this store.

The girl wearing glasses is very rude. No greeting. No customer service at all. The drink is way too watery she didn’t ask me how many sugar I want. When the drink ready she just leave it on the bench. Never come back this Gong Cha.

What's the point of running a business if there's no one there to serve customers. Went there at 11.40am Saturday 10 June and no staff were present despite a few customers looking at the menu. I waited about 10 minutes and still no staff anywhere in sight so I left as did the other waiting customers. I went back about an hour later and this time there was a ""back in 10 minutes" sign on the counter so I waited 10 minutes then another 10 minutes and still no staff around so I left never to return. I also noticed that the preparation and service area looked unkept and grubby, and there was a dirty cleaning cloth left on the service counter and in hindsight I'm glad there was no one there. It's a shame this business is taking up space at this shopping centre which is always buzzing with activity.

Unfortunately 1 star is too generous. Purchased a Large Taro milk tea with pearls @ Gong Cha store opposite Cole’s and it was so disgusting. It was not blended properly and had chunks of unblended powder the size of pearls. I wish I had a sip before I left the carpark, total waste of $$. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

The tea is very good but the customer service at the Roxburgh Park store is disgusting. I went to get a few teas for my family at 1.45pm and was told by the girl behind the counter that I'd have to come back 2.30pm as she was at lunch. I found it very disappointing being turned away and refused service during published trading hours of 11.00am to 7.00pm; the girl seemed more interested in her social media app on her phone than providing customer service or getting sales. Because of this poor experience today I have deleted the app on my iPhone and will never be going back.

Very fast service and great BT. Lychee Oolong tea with peach jelly was bliss

Very bad customer service! Never treated this bad to any bubble tea shop. We are customer who spend money for God sake! Didn't ask level of sugar or ice. And right away made assumptions we ordered L size, when what I wanted is R size. Everything happened so quickly and was told to pay. I felt robbed and treated like I was the robber.

Drink so tasty, customer service is good and patient. Lady wearing glasses recommend me halal topping which nobody has been mentioned me before. I order 5 drinks but lady made extremely fast.

Gongcha has a wide selection of drinks. I’m quite like black milk tea with white pearls. The staff so friendly and enthusiastically advise customers on drink.

My son has converted to Islam religion and stricty avoids Unhalal at all costs. We were not aware some of the toppings are unhalal please put up a sign stating which is halal and which is not.
