    This is an amazing gym. Ladies only….very affordable for Personal training that is always being changed up. All ladies welcome but the majority of our members 45 + … There is an emphasis on our functional fitness which I love. It’s non judgemental and there’s always plenty of laughs. It’s a great way to start the day
