Been going to this practise for years. I have been to different doctors in the practise and everything is fine except for getting referrals and information they say they will get for you. I have waited WEEKS for a simple referral that i was told i would get that day. Mind you i paid for the appointment to get the referral and i don't think i would have gotten it if i didn't email and call reception reminding them weeks later . It feels so slack when you pay for something and have to call reception to remind the doctor to do it ESPECIALLY when you are worried about your health and the doctor is too

Quality health service. Worth the money and have never felt rushed in any of my consultations. They take the time to listen to you and are very thorough in their examination. Dr Charlotte Wright is our family GP and I feel like we are in the best hands and get the best care.

Hi .. Everyone is very efficient and friendly but it's time for the mandatory masks to go!! It promotes fear. Covid is no longer as threatening. Masks should be voluntary only. Importantly, it's time to move on. PH

I would like to acknowledge and say thank you to Dr. Erica Kruusamagi for her very professional and thoughtful approach to providing medical care. I recently had a couple of vaccinations and she rang me a number of times that night and the next morning to see if I was OK. My partner was away at the time and she knew I was on my own.

I was from out of town and my daughter recommended this clinic as she has previously been a patient there. I was able to get and appointment on the same day and was most impressed with the level of service from Dr Inge who diagnosed my heart problem quickly and accurately and arranged for an ECG on site to confirm her suspicions. The lovely lady who carried out the ECG was very reassuring and professional, staying back after her normal finishing time. I was then referred onto the RPA hospital and given a referral with the ECG results that meant that my admittance there was prompt and pain free. Thank you very much Dr Inge and your team at the centre. I am writing this report from my hospital bed in between tests and surgery

Prompt, organize and convenient. Dr. Maryanne D. has been exceptional when it come to my son's health need. I have not a bad experience with any of the doctors I have seen there.

Very welcoming as my first appointment at the centre. Staff warm & helpful. My new doctor Dr Marshall was lovely & I felt very comfortable with her.
