He didn’t even examine my foot properly, didn't care about the previous medications I used, didn’t even care to tell me what kind of a problem I had. Even though there was zero improvement, he kept on "prescribing" me different off the shelf broad spectrum anti-fungals. All he cares about is to take the patients money and bring him back to his clinic more than necessary so that he can charge more. Don't waste your money and time for him as you will not get any kind of a treatment.

I go once every year mostly to check for skin cancer. He is quick and thorough. He has never identified any spots on my skin but he did identify something suspicious on a family friend (and basically saved her life because it turned out to be cancer). I think he has a low rate of false alarms while always noticing things that are suspicious.

Went to see Dr Nguyen for an ongoing painful rash that has spread all over my body. My fiancé has a similar rash as mine which I got it two weeks after he got his. Roland wouldn’t look at my fiancé’s rash to see whether we have the same thing. He claimed that we have contracted allergic contact dermatitis to the same laundry detergent at the same time. He prescribed me a corticosteroid ointment despite the fact that I told him I had just completed a course of oral steroids (which are stronger than topical ointments) AND my GP already happened to prescribe the same ointment that he gave me. $280 down the drain. Would not come to see Dr Nguyen again.

I have been getting annual checks from Dr Nguyen for years and had a couple of minor skin cancers removed by him. Last year he picked up 2 melanomas which he successfully removed. One was on my face and everyone commented on how perfect the stitches were. Now you cannot notice the scar which is quite incredible when u see the size of the piece he removed. A very professional all round service.

Took my daughter to their Cabramatta clinic. Even with an appointment booked, we had to wait for more than an hour. Consultation only lasted for less than 5minutes.

Dr Roland Nguyen has been good over the past few years. However, my problem is with his RECEPTIONIST. My goodness, she is extremely rude. I received an invoice for the service and they recorded the incorrect provider number of my referral Dr. I explained I called both the referral dr & Medicare and the invoice needs to put the right number as my claim for a rebate keeps getting rejected. She did not understand the problem and kept maintaining the provider number was right and for me to deal with it in person. She said she would send me the invoice & i said it needs to be corrected first. I do not need to come in person for them to fix this up. She was raising her voice, maintaining the number is right & she eventually hung up on me.

Extremely unprofessional/ not knowledgeable/ unsympathetic doctor! Save your money and never see dr Nguyen, he laughed at me while I was trying to suggest solutions for my medical condition after he made me visit him 3 times without figuring out what was the problem! Went to another dr and she helped me on my first visit !!! His information are outdated !! Avoid him

Such a Terrible experience i had. Never going to recommend him to anyone.
