Please don’t go to this place if you’re looking for a decent pizza place….me and my friend were here tonight for the first time and the hygiene standard was zero. I wish I could give them a zero rating. I was there till the pizza was made and didn’t see anyone change their gloves. Specially the girl working there has zero hygiene knowledge at all 🤮🤮🤮🤮It looked like she was working with grudges. Please don’t go to this place !!!! Absolutely disgusting and disappointing!! Couldn’t eat the pizza at all!

was fired a week ago after closing the store due to food safety concerns. Owner is very aware of his reviews and employed me to bring the store back up to scratch. Owner expected me to serve meat that was sitting in the refrigerated counter over night and when I conducted temprature checks it was sitting at 12°C. wasn't going to poison the customer's, and he didn't like that was losing sales. Delivery times are well over 2 hours because he hasn't trained his staff correctly, and his biggest concern to me was that when orders were extremely late and or cold people expected refunds. do with this review as you must, but this might provide some insight into all the other reviews I've seen.

Look, read the reviews and be prepared to waste time and money. Do you want to pay $30 for a pizza that may or may not be delivered in 1-2 hours, if ever? If you really need Crust, go with the Weston store. Management, don't reply to tell me your team will use this as a learning experience because you're doing things that should never happen. Please think about whether running a business is the right choice for you. Edit: Is the reply from management a joke? You won't be seeing me in store, mate. Edit 2: Is the business model based on a scam? Accept payment for goods you never intend to provide? Hide behind customer service of third party delivery services, hoping customers will find it too hard to seek a refund and give up? The reviews here are pretty concerning and I find it hard to believe a simple pizza delivery could accidentally be this inept for this long. Maybe the ACCC needs to be involved. Edit 3: Beware of recent 5 star reviews bringing their rating back from the brink. Fake? Just like all the orders that never arrived?

Don’t bother. If you’re a local you’ll know crust has been around for a long time and used to be the best pizza shop in the area. Unfortunately not anymore. On multiple occasions when getting delivery pizza has arrived hours late usually with the wrong order also and no apology. If you want an apology you basically have to beg for one as these people have zero manners or customer service skills. Thought I’d try pick up instead as the pizzas have still been good enough to take the risk but this was the last time I’ll be visiting. Ordered online, estimated pick up time was 15 minutes. I get to the store 20 minutes after ordering the guy looks around and then proceeds to tell me “10 minutes” - they hadn’t even started making the pizza yet! Another 20 minutes rolls round I check again, he says it’s going in the oven now. Eventually an hour after ordering he calls out my name, no apology no nothing. Pizzas this time were appalling and tasted horrible compared to usual. I’m sure management will probably respond to this review saying please contact us so we can address your concerns but they never do. Moral of the story - don’t go here.

Staff error putting vegetarian supreme sauce on a medetarainian lamb pizza. Instead of remaking the pizza like they should they have decided to try and cover it up by drowning the pizza in mint sauce.

I ordered online at 5 pm the order did not come so, I went down at 6:45 to ask what was happening. They were not even apologetic. They ignored me for good 5 minutes before even listening to what I had to say. They used to be good, may be it's saff change or something. It is 7 pm now am still waiting and my kids are also waiting for their pizza at home. This has also happened to my friend, I didn't believe him at the time but I believe him now. Please whoever is in charge tell your staff to wear hairnet and gloves. It is standard.

Normally, pizzas and service are decent - hence 2 stars and not 1. On 1/4/22, delivery was 25 mins later than their 'about' time. Premium Vietnamese Chilli Chicken pizza had a small amount of 'slaw' and no chilli on it. Spoke with a staff member on the phone, they repeatedly told me they were not responsible for making the pizzas or delivering the pizzas. I asked to speak with the manager, which they again said they were not responsible for making the pizzas or delivering them. After being on the phone for 3 minutes attempting to discuss the issue, they hung up without acknowledging their fault as a business. I returned the phone call and had the same person on the line and directly asked to speak to the manager, they hung up immediately. I tried to ring four more times, was put on hold, left on an open line and hung up on again. I submitted an online complaint to Crust, they have passed on the complaint to the franchisee. I have not heard back from them. I will no longer buy from Crust Pizza.

I recently ordered pizza from Crust Erindale, and I had a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my food, which was a major turn-off. This not only affected my appetite but also left me questioning the overall cleanliness and quality control in their kitchen. Food hygiene is of utmost importance, and finding a foreign object in my meal was both unsightly and unsanitary. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their standards to ensure a more pleasant dining experience!

The manager finally comes to the store but is never at the front? I was waiting for my pizza but I saw someone, I'm assuming the manager, make food for himself and proceed to walk to the back. The store is unclean and the employees look like the don't want to be there. A few months ago, the staff actually looked like they were having fun but all of a sudden there's a completely new selection of people and it seems like the training provided to them isn't very beneficial. The pizzas seem to be getting worse and so do the pizza makers... Would really appreciate new management at this store that's been running decently for years until now.

A shame the quality and size of Crust pizza's have declined considerably and still delivery takes over 1hr. Sorry to say but the pizza's don't taste like they use to. Quality doesn't match the price tag.

Saying these pizzas are delicious is an understatement so good! Such good service too! High recommend

Pizza’s are so fresh. Supreme with anchovies is my favourite along with the herb and garlic squares.
