Unlike the big pool shop franchises that don't return calls/emails, Mark responds very quickly to any requests, always turns up when he says he will be there and does a great, reliable job. Highly recommended.

Mark has been professional and amazing - had to convert my old spa controller as it died and the model was discontinued. Looked at Marks YouTube videos and ended up getting in contact and he showed me how to upgrade the controller without the expense of a new spa - bought the set from him and it is new, clean, easy and under warranty - I’m very thankful to Mark

Mark has exceptional customer service and support; providing advice and guidance via SMS and phone all the way up here in Far North Queensland. His assistance has been invaluable and has enabled us as two lay-persons to completely refurbish our Monarch Duchess spa’s controller and both pumps over a four year period - requiring only an electrician to complete the wiring changes (which Mark needed to guide him through anyway 😁). Mark’s product advice is always balanced and unbiased; offering a range of solutions from the lower price point to the higher price point - with guidance on pros and cons for each. When I first bought my house with a pool, I knew nothing about pipes or salt or chlorinators and found out that bad or no maintenance is a fast way to get an algae filled, scum covered body of water. I then went through a couple of contractors - where it became apparent they used my ignorance to oversell overpriced chemicals and equipment that only just kept the problems at bay. And then Mark's card appeared in my mail box and I thought this is the last chance before I have it filled in and grow roses instead. That was over 6 years ago. My family (and especially my grandkids) have enjoyed crystal clear water ever since. Mark has also recently installed a heat pump and we are about to add another 3 or 4 months to the swimming season. Mark is easily the most reliable contractor I know (of any industry) - and to cap it all he is a really nice guy.
