The place is amazing, soooo relaxing. Beautiful views and totally zen energy. Alena is a great professional, she knows about Ayurveda a lot and how it can help every person. I had different treatments with her over time, the most recent is hot stone massage. It feels great in the winter to warm you body with oils and stones. I came so tired and stressed and left completely rejuvenated. I woke up with such clear mind next morning. The oils and techniques that she is using have the magic effect both on your body and mind. You HAVE to book a treatment at Rainbow Parakeet! I booked a Consultation prior to attending a Half Day Retreat earlier this year and returned recently for the Lymphatic Detox Package. Alena is knowledgeable; experienced; kind, and extremely competent. I received a comprehensive guide with recipes and instructions following my consultation. I felt very self-conscious prior to my first treatment as I have never been the type to have massages or be pampered at a spa. However, I didn't need to be worried about anything! On arrival I was made to feel welcome and totally accepted by the Ayurvedic consultant and practitioner: Alena. She is remarkable. All of the treatments are excellent and make you feel fabulous, but I especially like the Udwartana Powder massage. Alena conducts the treatments with loving kindness. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you feel nurtured, valued, appreciated and respected. It exceeded my expectations and I know that you will not be disappointed if you book your treatment at Rainbow Parakeet. It is fabulous and I can't wait for my next treatment.

Beautiful studio where you can imagine yourself like you are traveling to Bali. Absolutely in love in treatments and looking forward to try all of them. I had the most wonderful experience at Rainbow Parakeet that left me feeling on top of the world for the rest of the day! I did some googling as a newbie to Ayurveda and came across Alena, so thought I would try the intro package which includes a consult + 90min massage - seriously the best massage I think I've ever had! We chatted for an hour about my general health and Alena provided some gold nuggets of info relating to my digestive health. She then followed up with some recipes and general advice going forward which I plan to implement soon.
