The service is now poor compared to few years back.very unprofessional manager who hung the call whilst I was speaking. I was given conflicting information from their office. If possible use Clinipath or Western diagnostic who are cheaper and better service.

Had no problem with staff or wait times.

Staff are only as nice as they “need” to be, they talk very loudly about everyone that walks in, the wait times are absolutely horrendous, every time I’ve been here (only for work) I’ve had to wait for atleast an hour and a half to be called, even after my scheduled app time. Horrible place, do not go

My assessor and OT was fabulous but the practise is very poorly run. I was at the clinic for 4 hours waiting. The wait time is something that seriously needs to be worked on.

This place is absolutely joke avoid at all costs A follow up to my last visit at this place . I was injuried in work place had both my arms and hands crushed. I was taken here by my work attend I was seen by Dr Goh as they requested. I had previously seen Dr at Hospital and my own gp and was reported no condition to work as provided on medical certificate. Dr Karl Goh was more interested in signing myself up for light duties and when I had both arms is plastic splints and I had ligament, soft tissue and chronic pain. I could not move my hands or fingers,I saw him roughly 13 weeks before I reported him ahpra as could see he was in pocket of my work writing fit light duties so my work did get marks lost time injuries. Dr Karl Goh was more interested keeping my work happy as they use Redimed for medicals and was not interested in referring me to specialists saying I’m ok light duties when I could not even drive a car or use a pen and wasted 13 weeks of my recovery time. When ? why he was documenting light duties he would not give answer just spoke really fast. His response to ahpra was that chronic pain experienced by myself was relatively uncommon. This is absolutely joke of excuse, when he had been treating myself 13 weeks that I can’t close my hands or move fingers and can’t have hands or fingers touched either you would refer them to appropriate specialists instead documenting medical certificates fit light duties and come back next week. Avoid Redimed Rockingham and doctor Karl Goh as there only in it keep there clients happy , not look after best interests of there patients. I wouldn’t want anyone eles experience what I went through this Dr should not be treating patients.

They made me wait for 1.45hr for 5 min doc assessment. Overcrowded and only one doctor. Not recommend.

Redimed has been an awesome experience for us. My sons hand has recovered all of its movement. Staff are amazing and always helpful. Especially Christie in the Rockingham branch. We originally started as private patients which was no problem for them. We then changed mid-way through the process to work cover, again no problem. Always amazing. Thank you.

Extremely slow and unprofessional! Rude receptionist, coughing in her hand then handing paperwork to doctors and patients. Same receptionist discussing patients loud enough for everyone to hear. 1st appointment: almost 2 hour wait with a dirty, open wound. 2nd appointment: waited over an hour then had to leave. I will be insisting our company doesn’t deal with Redimed anymore

What a joke, takes forever.
