Stay away from the rubbish service. Got the food around 1610 4th Sep. All 3 front girls were horrible: the cashier was chatting with the girl making Cokes while I was ordering. The girl handing over the food was even worse: threw the food on the counter and torn the bag. I asked her about my waters included in the meal. She said I am getting you a new bag. Wait. Not one thanks or a smile or even a greeting look during the whole process. Stay away from the people who should not be in hospitality at all.

Why are there six people behind the counter, looking after orders, drinks, and bagging up food, and yet there is still a half an hour wait? When you are in an airport, you need to be FAST. The drinks were on the counter getting hot, and the staff out the back were going as fast as they can. The girls at the front, need to stop talking to each other and start bagging up food. We have flights to catch!

The service was unacceptably slow. It didn’t appear anyone was leading the team, or had a method for managing the orders. I just ordered fries and was made to wait over 15 minutes. I’ve travelled the world and this was my most unbelievable fast food/ airport service experience.

The no so Fast- Food award goes to this Hungry Jacks for their extremely slow service. Took 15 minutes to order and another 65 minutes to be given the food. Located inside Coolangatta Airport, just as well, my flight was delayed!. 80 minute service....must be close to a record for slowest ever.

Wednesday 7thJune. Waited 50 mins for just a bag of chips, and it would have been longer if I didn't complain or the alternative was to miss my order to catch flight. There was about 30 people waiting for their orders and only 1 person making up the orders. Heard a lot of people not happy about how long it was taking.. I had 20 mins to catch my flight, so went up to the girl who was taking the orders and asked if they could stop taking orders and help get the orders out to everyone waiting as we all had flights to get. Another girl, I assume the manager, comes out and says we are short staffed and cannot stop taking orders. There was also around 30 different drinks sitting on the Counter waiting to be placed with the orders from the time I placed my order. The poor guy making up the orders I think was overwhelmed. Anyway after more words with the girl (manager) I got my chips and left very annoyed and concerned for everyone left there waiting for their order.

1 star is too generous. You have 4 girls running the front but still end up with Wrong food and missing fries! They messed up 2 other orders as I was waiting for mine also. Too busy talking about the partying they're going to be doing this weekend.

My experience there was very poor. I obviously do not have psychic powers to know why my order is taking so long. Room for improvement is all I can say. I had to ask why my order was taking so long. They said, "we are waiting on the chips". I felt like an idiot..I don't know why they bring people into the retail business when they do not understand what Customer Service is about.. So finally I received my order where the burger was cold and the chips were not even cooked.. just one thing I can give praise to the young lady who was trying to pack the orders quickly..well done..but if there is anything such as teamwork, this was not happening and everything goes out of sink. Please get this sorted..I do not want to see other people to feel unsatisfied and feel like an impatient idiot..

This hungry jacks is one of the best set ups I have seen, have 1 lady serving, 1 doing drinks, 2 making burgers, 1 doing chips and handing out the meals. While it seemed busy they were getting people served and orders out fast with a smile and a have a good day. Food was hot and made really well. Excellent customer service. Well done hungry jacks team 😊

Service was quick and friendly ; the staff was patient with me and explained about the burgers . Food was good .

Ordered a Carolina Whopper with Jalapeños as an extra, and some other items. Given some other experiences at Hungry Jacks was pleasantly surprised at the neatness, presentation and temperature of the burger. This time there was a decent amount of Jalapeños added to the burger rather than just two pieces. The staff member was also friendly and attentive.

The burgers didn’t look good and didn’t taste good all flat the chips were soggy

Staff were friendly enough, but they forgot two of our items we ordered (and we only ordered two meals). My burger wasn't packaged well and had all fallen apart when I removed it from the bag. When I returned for my forgotten items, there were no apologies. The food was cold and didn't taste fresh - particularly the onion rings, they looked and tasted like they had been sitting there for a while.

Quite possibly the worst hungry jacks experience ever. Staff were rude and not friendly at all. Waited 20 mins for a wrap and pancakes. Defeats the purpose of fast food. Coffee wasn’t working and I watched the girl serving just be so blunt and no smiles. The owner seriously needs to step in and change staff as it’s disgusting I would be embarrassed.

The manager on shift had absolutely horrid behaviour, was not kind nor patient with customers or her staff. I had requested a cheese and tomato toastie, no ham. Had to bring it back three times after it was initially forgotten and ended up having to take the ham off myself. The young girl on register was quite lovely and deserves so much better from that manager. Do better.

Worst service ever!! Avoid at all cost. 0 stars for customer service The lady serving was Kelly and was the worst and rudest server I’ve ever met. Not particularly busy but online ordering was closed, app deals closed, couldn’t buy family meals. No apologies for any of the inconvenience. She was straight up rude. Shouldn’t be working in customer service.

The whopper was actually burnt rendering 1/4 inedible, equally slopped together with oil stains on the box. Couldn’t get rid of the taste the whole flight. Coffee was equally horrid and beyond bitter. Only saving grace was the service which wasn’t bad.
