Food was okay. Very disappointing amount of sauce, practically none at all. Paid extra for cheese and the amount was very small. Made the whole hot dog taste bland and dry. Customer service was not very nice - no acknowledgment that we were waiting and even when being served the girl was not very polite. Wasnt a good introduction to a newly refurbished store. Edit: Tried the donuts - ordered 6 but they only had enough dough for 4. That was alright until we got the box. Not sure if the oil wasnt hot enough but the sugar was absolutely caked on. One donut was small, thin and dry.

If possible would not even give one star. Poor service and opening hours. More then one occasion i have gone to Wendys and as iv approach i just get told " were closed" at 3.40pm? Clearly no customer service these young girls are more interested in talking to eachother then working.

never had an issue with the food or drink but customer service needs vast improvements. if they are preparing someone elses order they will act like you dont exist while you wait to order, no acknowledgement, no eye contact, nothing.

Based purely on the service today I don’t think I’d go back. Owners of this store, don’t put only Gen Z staff on, they don’t know how to serve customers. Today all 3 of them just had their backs to customers. What they were doing? Not sure, but they weren’t making food/drinks. If there was a customer they’d very hesitantly serve them. I don’t any of the girls today deserve another shift

I had THE BEST experience there, the customer service was amazing and the delivery time and quality even better. I think people judged too early, these girls are the sweetest and they always have a happy smile on their face. The food is great and I would never complain. I'm pretty sure their names are Ella and Kaitlyn? But the time that they served me, they worked together well and the shop was clean and tidy from what I could see. Great work to those girls who served me!! Would definitely recommend going there

After waiting in line for 10mins got told they were closing for uber eats orders and will be another 15-20mins really disappointing could have atleast said something to those in line or put a sign up
