Do not bother, they overbook patients, you'll wait on average over an hour to be seen sometimes two. Some of the doctors are okay but others are arrogant and rude and treat you like you are there to get prescription drugs when you have a bonafied medical condition. They aren't interested in listening to your symptoms but telling you, you are fine and come back if you don't improve.

Absolutely horrific, one of the receptionists is always incredibly rude even over the phone. Book the first appointment of the day and still more than 20 minutes wait. 10:30 appointment and still hadn't been called in at 11:45 ran out of time to be able to sit and wait for uncaring Drs. Last appointment I was told I was talking to much? Um ok I won't tell you my health problems. The time before I was told he didn't have time to look at my problem. Have had issues with multiple Drs within this clinic. Loosing all trust in Drs

Booked my baby in to have his vaccinations and was given the incorrect one. Then contacted the medical centre, who did not contact me back for over two weeks. I ended up going to another medical practice to have the correct vaccinations done. I do not recommend this medical centre.

In my experience, very long wait times in the waiting room compared to other GP's I have used in Hervey Bay. Some appoints have been 1- 2 hrs late. Nice presentation. Nice doctors. Lift your game in overbooking and you would probably have a great review rating. If Overbooking as a policy be aware it wastes the time of every patient affected and causes other flow on issues to patients, their carers, their workplaces etc...

Tracy the receptionist was so helpful today in finding an appointment time, despite the super busy day the centre was having. Her professionalism and practice knowledge was helpful, considerate and thorough. Frasor Shores are lucky to have her. Grateful. ♡ Thanks Tracy

Have never had any issues at this practice other than long wait times. Doctors that I have been treated by have been lovely and professional (Dr Flor and Dr Ben). Receptionists are understandably under the pump but always manage to have a welcoming smile and have always been lovely over the phone when I have called with questions.

One of The receptionist very rude and arrogant, plus you have to pay every time you see the Dr even for 5 minutes appointment even though it say when you holding the line "this practice is bulk billing" it is misleading. Doctors are very average , all the good Doctors leaving. Ithis medical practice won't last long.poorly managed

3 different doctors seen can't seem to get a appointment with a regular one as they leave. No bulk billing have to pay for appointments to just get test results each time, As per doctor wanting to discuss this with you like we can all afford to go back every week. Receptionist aren't the friendliest. Will be finding a new doctor.

One of the worst medical centres. Doctors don't take your health seriously, don't bother coming here for workcover either. Constantly the doctors would miss my appointment and you would be waiting for hours before seen.
