If I could give a rating of Zero stars I would. This practise is unorganised and it’s staff rude and Condescending. After my daughter’s doctor was on leave and she wasn’t notified, a substitute doctor was given and on arrival home after her appointment with Dr Umeja she was in tears. His rude and dismissive attitude towards her condition was appalling and she was treated with a complete lack of respect. Disgusting!!

Wouldn't take my pet rock to this lot. Disappointing there isn't a lower star score than 1.

Dr was dismissive of my concerns. It seemed he had other things in mind, rather than his patient/s.

Waited an hour to be seen and then saw a rude and dismissive doctor for about 30 seconds. He didn’t care at all and seemed like he just wanted to get through appointments as fast as possible. Will not be going back

Had an appointment here few weeks ago, Was told the DR would contact me regarding a sample taken for biopsy either good or bad result. I have called 7 times and get told the same thing, DR will be in contact today. Still waiting. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I have been attending the Hunter Valley Skin Cancer Clinic since it was established , during which time I have had numerous Melanoma, SCC & BCC's identified and successfully treated by excision and skin grafts which are hardly noticeable. All procedures are carried out in dedicated theater rooms and Dr's Singh and Jay are both professional , talented surgeons and friendly, with an outstanding support team around them. Thank you to all.

Highly recommend. Excellent doctor with great caring nurse who explain and treat with skill and 5 star excellence.
