Visited the clinic for a general checkup as it had been a while. Dr Boon was far more thorough in his examination than any precious doctor I'd seen. He also explained any concerns and detailed the process should any potentially cancerous moles be found. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cassandra Faris was super personable and made the appointment comfortable. The practice ran on time and had a comfortable waiting area with friendly admin staff.

Awesome experience here with Dr Ben Smith. I had felt a little unsure about seeing a male doctor but didn’t want to put off getting my mole checked. I’m so glad I went, Ben was fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I’ll be taking the rest of the family including the kids to see him, and I’d recommend him and Toombul Melanoma Scan to everyone.

Went in with a skin check and a check of a sebaceous cyst with Dr Boon. Skin check was good, discussion about the cyst revealed Dr Boon has trained as a surgeon and we had a good discussion about how he would approach it including photos from a presentation he'd done. Went home, did some checks on Dr Boon, decided to go ahead. Great experience with the procedure, all went as Dr Boon said it would. Here we are three weeks later, scar is healing up nicely. Great experience, went as well as I could have hoped for.

Dr Boon was very informative and professional. All the staff were lovely and helpful, especially with the Medicare rebate, the wonderful lady on reception showed me how to get the rebate back using my phone. There was no wait time at all. 5/5

Waited over 45 minutes for my appointment. No mention from reception that the doctor was running late. After 40 minutes, one of the receptionists asked if I was okay and after checking my appointment, said the doctor was running 'a bit late'. The doctor had come out to call in the previous patients family so they could all have a good chat and laugh while I continued waiting. At this point, I cancelled my appointment and left. Dr Boon seemed timely, but I'd give Dr Farris miss.

As someone who was always nervous about going to get a skin check, Dr Farris was very welcoming and professional. Talked me through everything and even when she did a biopsy I felt nothing. Would definitely recommend her.

I saw Dr Ben Smith at the Toombul centre and had an excellent, easy and relaxing skin check experience. Dr Smith was highly knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely conscientious in his advice, consultation and direction. He was also extremely professional, and friendly. He was honest, upfront and diplomatic. I highly recommend his services.

Dr Boon has looked after me for many years with my dysplastic Navae Syndrome. He is caring and very professional, enough for me to drive from Ipswich to get a check up. The centre is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. Located next to the Toombul train station, it is easy to access.

I saw Dr Ben Smith for a skin check recently and was very impressed with the service I received. He was so thorough, and explained everything to me. I was the last appointment of the day, but felt like I was the first patient he had seen that day. Very knowledgeable on recent research and answered all of my questions informatively. Gave me great health advice on monitoring my skin and a product to use on a cosmetic issue nobody else has ever picked up. Reception staff were lovely and parking was ample right out the front. Highly recommend.

Dr Donna Westbrook is reliable, personable and a good assessor. Reception staff are polite and cheerful. Parking at the door. Environment is clean and modern.

Dr was great, would happily use again. I’d prefer if reception wouldn’t loudly announce my sensitive information upon arrival, I’m not comfortable confirming my name, number, address, and date of birth in a busy public space.
