Dr. Mark Collins has an uncaring and unprofessional attitude towards people and isn't willing to listen to what his patients have to say. I would suggest avoiding him at all costs, save your money and go to see a Rheumatologist that knows what professionalism is and that isn't anything like him.

Not very caring at all to the individual in question, would never go back their in my life, complete waste of time and money, show a bit more compassion to your patients.

Have been seeing Dr Collins for a while now, and will continue to do so. He is professional and friendly and remembers where we are up to with treatments. He listens to what you have to say, is non judgemental, very knowledgeable and my symptoms have greatly improved since being under his care. 3 years ago I was really struggling. His receptionist is very friendly, helpful and professional as well. So thank you for the wonderful care I continue to receive.

After an initial negative review that I have since deleted, I can now report that Dr Collins is very professional, efficient and caring. Appointments are on time and he treats you like a person not a number. I would highly recommend

I need more help cannot even knit any more because of pain and itchiness in my fingers and debilitating cramps in my legs

Terrible service, booked in with the Dr through a work related injury and scheduled my future related appointments to suit. Only for the receptionist to call me on the day informing me the doctor will not see me because it’s work related. Now to start the referral process and waiting period all over again. Even offered to pay for the appointment privately, but still was declined.

Has been managing my condition for 5 years now. Is very good at his job and very thorough.
