Had a major procedure under anaesthesia and found the experience very comforting and calming. Recovery was virtually pain free and the follow up was very helpful and professional. Such a great team at Duncraig dental very supportive of this anxious patient.

I just thought I’d share my experience with DDC. First of all, when you walk into the practice you are greeted by warm, friendly, helpful receptionists. The waiting area has a modern feel without being cold and generic. Dr Haytham is amazing! For my first consultation with him he conducted a full dental assessment which included X-rays, teeth moulds, gum and mouth disease checks etc His dental rooms are very clean, bright and well-decorated. You can tell that all of his equipment is the latest models and innovations in dentistry. My personal favourite is the TV screen above the dental chair where Dr Hay plays soothing landscape videos and underwater scenes that help you feel more relaxed, distracts you from the procedure you're having (especially if you’re a baby like me) and makes the appointment time pass by in the blink of an eye. Then, you have the wonderful dental assistant who is so kind, friendly and professional. I recently had some fillings done and she talked me through the numbing injection, gave me positive reinforcement, kept me informed about what was happening and even held my arm as a comfort - which I really appreciated! Like I mentioned earlier, I am a big baby when it comes to anything teeth related but I can honestly say that I had the best experience with Dr Hay. I felt nothing during the procedure, I was always kept in the loop, he is gentle, caring and very knowledgeable. He always greets you on a first name basis and makes you feel important and valued. Plus, DDC charge reasonable prices! The practice itself is quite hidden away and not many people know about it - they’re missing out! Not a fan of dentist visits, but am definitely a fan of Dr Maggie and all the staff there. Their customer services goes above and beyond your average dental surgery. They take the time to explain things and offer options (in my case more than once). Every other surgey i have been too have made me feel like i were being pushed out the door but never once have i felt like that there. If you are not too fond of dentist visits i cannot recommend this surgery enough.

Duncraig Dental Care is an excellent practice! Dr Haytham Barr is an outstanding dentist, so professional, caring and gentle. He has a fabulous friendly team working along side him with each staff member Very attentive to their patients comfort and needs. I would highly recommend their services.

Today I had my first filling in over 30 years. Everything about today’s appointment was perfect. Haytham explained everything to me. The needle was painless. His dental assistant Dana was excellent. They both seemed to work in full harmony together and as a result, the whole procedure was smooth and seamless. Definitely a five star service. Thank you very much.

A brilliant team here. Had a problem found with my front tooth, provided a step by step process to fix. I used invisaligns through them and corrected my teeth before replacing with a new tooth. Great communication provided throughout the hole process. Trustworthy and professional team, would recommend highly 👌

I recently went to Duncraig dental care and I was very impressed with their service and how they made me feel. Receptionist staff and dentist are very kind and friendly, which made me feel very welcome and comfortable. There is also Netflix and Foxtel to watch while you get your dental work done. Best dental experience I've had, highly recommend.

Dr Haytham Barr is the best dentist I've ever had. I was a very nervous patient but Haytham and his lovely staff made me feel so comfortable from the minute I walk through the door. The treatments I've had over the years have all gone well, no pain and my nervousness subsidies with Haytham and his staff due to thier friendly encouragement.
