Prices for fruits and vegetables comparable to other stores. We have shopped here since they first opened. In 2018 and 2019, the check-out staff such as Sonya, and Soraya and her sister were friendly, courteous and helpful. However, in our recent visits, the new counter staff seem to be impersonable, unhelpful and unintelligible. The current staff need training in Australian manners and courtesy, let alone conversational skills in the English language. They seem to have the habit of turning their faces away from the customer and talking with their colleagues in their own mother tongues when handing the over docket. No eye-contact, no smiles and no thanks whatsoever. Very rude indeed!

The fruit and veg is good but it's the customer service that ruins it. Checkout staff look miserable and are incredibly rude. I always have a hard time trying to get to the checkout because people are always pushing in and blocking the way.

The chubby face Indian girl working tonight Wednesday was a misery to be served by. She was rude and obnoxious. She muttered something under her breath at me and told me to take my receipt from the eftpos machine myself when I asked for it! Unprofessional and needs training!! Will be sticking to my Richlands Country Market from now on.

Pretty good, went there on weekend, there were plenty of good fruits and vegetables, good variety. some of them were reasonably priced and some of them were a bit expensive.

Okay prices. Staff could be friendlier. I would like more variety of fruits. It is right next to Woolworths and isn't significantly cheaper at this point. If it had more variety I would be more inclined to visit.

Customer service is below the zero level. I advise customers to check receipts for item prices, item total and included/non-included items. I have been incorrectly charged multiple times. Appalling is they never apologise even in their apparent mistakes, though correct the charges when queued again to make a complaint. Once I said I was charged for an item that was not in my trolley, they suspiciously looked into my trolley, that even by multiple people, and asked me to put back all scanned items from my trolley to their bench again so that they could scan all again. I heard not a hint of apology. C’mon, grow up as a responsible business, Forest Lake isn’t a Robinson Crusoe Island.
