Cameron has helped me immensely over the last couple of years. He has treated shoulder and neck issues and I’m now pain free. He is also fun, friendly and kind. He has introduced me to a number of machines at the gym which I would never have been able to use without his support.

Highly recommend! Can't speak highly enough of the excellence of these guys. They provide a comprehensive exercise physiology program which is individualized depending on the needs of the client. My EP Cameron has been fantastic from day 1, providing an exercise program specific to my needs. Apart from being a Roosters supporter, he's a top quality guy as well.

I would like so say I am extremely impressed and grateful with everyone at Healthstin who have been working as a team to help me achieve my goals. I have only been working with Healthstin for a couple of months and already I can see big positive changes in my day to day life. Everyone in the team is not only very well educated and knowledgeable but everyone has special experience or education in something different so depending on what you want to achieve there is someone in the team that will be allocated to help you do so. Not only this but the whole team is overlooked by Dr Rachael Sultana which takes exercise Physiology to the next level. Two remedial massage , cupping and guasha sessions helped me recover from hip and leg injury and to loosen up my (chronically tense, reduced-mobility) shoulders. Worth every dollar.
