The loudness of the music in store and the less than helpful woman servingdidnt help my experience at this new OTR. The salesperson was scruffy and untidy. I asked to pay for purchase of lotto separate to fuel purchase and she was speaking but, I couldn't hear her. She was frustrated and I was annoyed too. She couldn't smile either. I was still polite but I was annoyed as it wasn't my fault she couldn't hear me or I her. Anyway I hope this slender young woman gets a better attitude especially seeing how this is a new store not good for business. :) apart from that thanks for doing an essential service job

Took 20 mins to get thro the drive thro and wasn't a huge line. Maybe need more staff I'm sure there would be people who would love a job right now!

Broken pump. And not labelled as so. It's not my job to jiggle it to make it work.

Being a visitor to PL, I get it is a small slower moving town. But to stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes to be served while the attendant does nothing but chat on and on about India with another customer is absurd, rude, and appalling customer service

Always great and friendly service nice clean premises all the conveniences including water thank you very much but fuk the price of fuel everywhere and fuk Russia
