Takes time to explain all the nuances of hearing issues and available aids to solve them, as well time to research the best aids for my requirements and those which provide tested compatability with my mobile. Great to get information and recommendations from an independent Audiologist. Highly recommend.

We were in the area for holidays and my husband was in need of assistance with his aids. Rochelle (hopefully the right name - lady on front desk) was in the centre on her own and was so very helpful which allowed us to continue on and enjoy our holiday. Ash is the ultimate professional. Not only does he provide great service but he genuinely cares for his clients. My father's hearing aids broke and rather than see dad without his hearing aids over the Christmas period Ash met me at his office to fix them. Only when I got there I found out he had actually closed for Christmas the previous day. Greatly appreciated.

Could not hear for 2 days due to excessive ear wax. Dr Prasher uses the micosuction method to clear ears. Not only could I hear again it also enhanced the efficiency of my hearing aids.
