3 weeks to wait for scan, not open weekends, charges like a wounded bull. but with no other place in the area, we are forced to use them

My wife has recently had to have some XRays taken .We spent hours trying to make a booking through the telephone with frustrating results . Too difficult to make an appointment.. Finally I made the appointment "Online" and had success.. The scanning and reporting was very good.

A good place and accessible as it's in the Whyalla hospital..Not only x-rays it also does ct scans ultrasounds and other related services.. it opens early in the morning and closes around 5:30 pm.. usually always busy but for where it's located it covers alot of mileage and customers

Very unprofessional admin/reception. Asked personal questions about the required scans that should not have been asked in the public waiting room for all to hear. Was very abrupt and rude as to whether we even had an appointment.
