Absolutely amazingly friendly owners and team. Worked with the kids until they felt safe and happy. Let them hold the snakes as long as they wanted. Small place but full of heart.

Incredible reptile experience at Serpentarium! The reptiles enclosures are immaculate and all the reptiles look healthy and happy! The carpet python handling experience is AMAZING! Staff are fabulous - friendly, helpful and ensure you get the most out of your reptile handling experience. Highly recommend - a must do on the East Coast!

Definitely the best experience I have ever had. The staff are so nice and informative. Would recommend visiting even if you never thought you wouldn't like reptiles. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you to all the staff for your time.

We had such a great time, its only a small place but it was enjoyable, the grandchildren really enjoyed holding a snake and feeding the wallabies and we were luckily enough to be able to feed the tortoises.

Absolutely incredible, the reptiles on display are well presented in their encolusures. The staff are wonderful and ensure everyone enjoys the full experience of snake handling and turtle feeding. There are also a few tame furry and feathered friends to add to the experience. Nice little Cafe for coffee and snacks here aswell. Serpentarium Wildlife Park is a must visit.

My family had a great time at the Serpentarium in St. Helen's! I will never forget it actually and will Return. Very reasonable pricing. Quite accessible. The variety of reptiles on display was bigger than expected, and we were thoroughly informed about each species by the knowledgeable staff and volunteers. The hands-on experience was a highlight, allowing us to interact closely with the reptiles, an unforgettable memory for all of us. What stood out the most was the genuine passion and dedication of the hosts, it wasn’t just a job or business but a love. They generously spent time and energy ensuring both the animals and visitors had a fantastic time. The children were captivated, and the adults were equally enchanted by the amazing reptiles. Amazing surprise. Only a small place however brilliant. The owner Matt is so passionate and knowledgeable about his family of animals. Many rescued and hand raised. You can feed the kangaroos and hold the snakes. The glass enclosures are spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing. Great little Cafe too.

Great Serpentarium! Definitely worth a visit!! Great for the children! The staff were lovely, patient and professional. We were able to handle a python and this was included in the admission fee. Thanks for making it a memorable experience for us!
