This place is so bad. I ordered BBQ chicken rasher bacon. I've never received a pizza that's burnt out like this at any pizza places and the employee who raised the price of $11.95 to over $17 didn't feel good as the employee kept insisting on it without any explanation. Then another person came and said $11.95 and paid. I hope you don't do anything that ruins the whole Domino's company because of your employees' actions. And I know you gave me burnt pizza on purpose. And the receipt was torn too.

Overall poorly maintained place. Dirty tables and chairs, leftovers on tables, rubbish on floor, overflowing bins, sticky floor and smelly indoor area!! Not at all expected from Dominos. Pizzas, on the other hand, are delicious. Will I go back? Not physically. I'd rather order online.

As a resident of Sydney, Surry Hills is my favourite place in city ! I love the vibe of most stores except Domino's Pizza Surry Hills! Why! In my 3rd trip I had the same poor service 3 times (staff all chatting laughing amongst themselves in a language not English but maybe Nepal) the food sat there for 10 minutes all 3 times and they did not yell out names. These staff have no diversity nor respect for patrons! They just want to serve cold food! They only recruit people who are not even diverse. The presentation of the store is poor, no napkins, no dockets, rubbish bins lacking and the pizza was very average. I will rate this a Zero if I can but I wouldn't.

The worst pizza, always order from them but maybe this one gonna be the last order. no live delivery was on, also after you received it, tadaaaaa… looks like they drop my pizza, The pizza was warm and soggy, Not even hot and crispy anymore so i try to call the shop but no one pickup.

I ordered around 20 pizzas and made a few calls to make some changes. Customer service while making the changes were really good and the overall pizzas tasted pretty good. The only issue was that they didn’t label or tick any of the vegan/gluten free pizzas but other than that, great place to order multiple pizzas for an event.

Quick online order, delivered to me less than 15mins from time of ordering and the quality was top shelf!! Very happy !!

Recently, the quality has sharply declined, and the prices have increased significantly. I ordered a pepperoni and it was undercooked and the topics were not distributed evenly. They obviously need to hire more staff due to the long waiting times, there was only a single extremely flustered looking teenager assembly pizzas when I visited, they were obviously trying their best, but there were just too many customers.

I ordered 3 pizzas today. 2 pizza’s were the Indi Chicken and 1 of them was ordered as gluten free but when we received the pizza the boxes did not state which was gluten free. Also the pizza base was burnt and did not take good as well. Absolutely dry and cold chicken.
