This is a really crappy apartment. This apartment is Really not acceptable conditions. Come and see but don't buy it.

Please stop renting and dont ever think of buying an apartment in this building. Lifts in these buildging are faulty and always a trouble. Parking is a mess. Entry and exit to the building is clumsy and messy. Rents are very high with poor building management.

I live in SkyView Building in Castle Hill and unfortunately, my overall impression was far from positive. Here are some notable concerns: 1.Lack of Management Presence: The absence of a visible management team for these two 22-23 level buildings is alarming and contributes to a sense of neglect. 2.Poorly Maintained Shared Areas: The shared spaces within the building were notably dirty, creating an unwelcoming environment for residents. 3.Neglected Swimming Pool: The swimming pool has been consistently dirty, filled with leaves for weeks, which is not only unhygienic but also raises safety concerns. 4.Unpleasant Odors in Chutes: The noticeable smell in the chutes is an unpleasant aspect that should be addressed promptly for the well-being of residents. 5.Disturbance from Noise, Particularly During School Holidays: The continuous noise from children throughout the day, especially during school holidays, is disrupting and affects the overall living experience. 6.False Fire Alarms at Night: The false fire alarm incidents during the night are not only inconvenient but also pose unnecessary stress and safety concerns for residents. 7.Overall Living Experience: Regrettably, this has been the worst living experience in a building throughout my entire life, which is disappointing considering the expectation of a comfortable and secure living environment. I hope these concerns are addressed promptly to enhance the living conditions for all residents at SkyView Building.

The worst ever apartment I ever lived in , false fire alarms at midnight and early morning, looks no strata even exist built by fugitive Jean Nassif 🤮

Considering this building is almost new, it’s really poorly designed. Access via Gay St is 3rd world traffic standard with constant jams and only one car width between parked cars. I don’t know why fire brigade allow it. Car access to basement is tight and poorly designed. False fire alarms and utility breakdowns are frequent. Management are friendly enough when approached but distant, and seem to enjoy constantly issuing new rules & threats of punishment to tenants. No community spirit just CC cameras and lists of rules. Parcel deliveries are disastrous, no facility for parcels other than foyer floor, which is cleared every afternoon and parcels taken to garbage area. In 2023 no excuses for this. Positives are wonderful proximity to schools, shops & transport. Plus tenants are generally well behaved and friendly. I can’t imagine how bad it will be if the whole site is ever completed and all 5 towers full, especially traffic & parking. 😐.

Avoid this place like the plague - dodgy builders, developer collapsed, half finished construction, developer CEO ran away to Lebanon, poor accessibility, poor community vibe.

Poor finishers missing screws in doors and kitchen draws, not cleaned from construction, has boot marks of grout on tiles, false fire alarms all the time, excess noise from school, poor carpark entrance, intercoms constantly broken, playground closed but no repair work being carried, no facility for parcels just a warning that daily all parcels will be placed into bin room, I'm sure that's illegal, contact rules being inforced like we live in a prison, poor property management, they even removed the junk mail box and told residents junk mail is our problem to deal with, forget ordering food delivery, drivers just refuse, kids running around unsupervised kicking balls into you when you go through the court yard, lack of garden maintenance, all over very poorly built and managed, glad I only rent and will never look back...

Lived here for 18 months. Constant issues with parking, stolen parcels & a terrible rental agency to deal with. 24/7 security cameras installed which show people going in and out of your homes. Constant rude notices sent around to residents. Poor finishes and cheap quality fittings, but that doesn’t stop them from deducting costs from your bond for their mistakes. Would not recommend living here at all, worst experience as a renter I have ever had.

Absolutely appalling place. Traffic nightmares at entrance, broken car park entry, rubbish everywhere, false fire alarms every few days, no character. Glad I’m only here for another few days!!
