Great community to be a part of! Very convenient - fully furnished, bills included, close to the shops... The community manager, Simone, is very lovely and always ready to help tenants out. She definitely made it a very fun and enjoyable place to stay :)

I have a great stay in uko Ashfield Village. The facilities are exactly as advertised on the website: clean, smart and close to the supermarket and train station. The building manager Simone is amazing too. Definitely recommended to anyone if you are looking for a place to stay!

Great place to stay. Convenient location - ashfield mall has all main grocery and daily needs stores. Train station short walk. Bus stop in front. Building Manager Simone is lovely and takes care of you. Good vibes all around

Its been a great stay here. Probably one of the most nicely furnished studios and Simone has always been actively involved in making this place better.

Best place if you want something very convenient - all furnished and bills included. One of the best community living I have ever experienced. You can have the luxury of your own private studio and/or socialise with other tenants when you want during community events. Simone, the property manager, is very lovely and accommodating. She is always there to help you find solutions and make your stay fun and easy! Thanks UKO and Simone! Will definitely live again in UKO in a heartbeat ☺️❤️

Great experience at UKO Ashfield village. Mainly due to the amazing building manager Simone. There were many community events organised right through my stay. If your new to Sydney and want to meet people and be part of a community, highly recommend UKO. The place was equipped with the basics and the location was very convenient.

Absolutely fantastic! Fully furnished and very modern facilities! (I love the smart TV). They often hold events for residents! Definitely recommend! Position is good as well

楼是新的，可是周遭好像只有这个楼是新的，还窄，鹤立鸡群显得有些滑稽。没有reception
