i didn’t enjoy this practice, i found them unprofessional and disorganised. i had to chase scripts, chase zoom links, emails took multiple days to get a reply (however they were persistent in calling to get their money :/) i found dr j not particularly helpful. no management plans were ever discussed and at the end of each call he would fleetingly mention a medication. scripts were also withheld until after payment (dunno if thats normal but it makes it seem like money is priority over patients)

I was quoted an 8 month wait. By that point, I had been seeking help for over a year and not doing too crash hot. The wait is a result of there being a lack of professionals in the field. But, I took the appointment. They got me in a month early, and I’m so happy I persevered. The first session demonstrated the psychiatrist’s perfect balance of banter, empathy and professionalism. He matched my energy every step of the way, and cut through everything to my issues. I was extremely forthright and hid nothing, and I think that allowed him to work unhindered. The second appointment was with my partner where they had a conversation about me and my habits/state of mind etc. again, cut straight through. The first appointment resulted in treatment for decades-old depression, the second for ADHD. My quality of life has increased tenfold. After so long of begging for help, developing coping mechanisms, and going in and out of psychologist and counselling offices, I’m finally able to live life fully. Do NOT hesitate to call these people. They can and will help you, and with a referral you get half the money back anyway. 10/10.

I've been a patient of Dr Sajeeva Jayalath since 2017, and his a very kind, compassionate and understanding psychiatrist. He's highly knowledgeable and has helped me out tremendously. I've seen many psychiatrists over the years, and he's by far the best. The staff are also very helpful and friendly and do a great job.

After quite a traumatic time with another Psychiatrist I came across Dr Jayalath’s web page. My child has settled well with Dr J and he is empathetic and explains things in ways that we all understand. It will be 2 years this December since we started seeing him and I am so thankful we found him. My middle child and best friend both now see him and have never looked back. The Staff and the TMS team are all so very caring.

Dr Jayalath is great. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains things in an easy to understand manner and is warm & friendly. I saw him for an ADHD diagnosis, and have since recommended him to many other people. The staff are also very friendly and professional.

Been trying to get my anxiety medication that I know works for over a year can’t get it. He gives me more anxiety than anyone this doctor but won’t give me anxiety medication it’s gonna end up in a suicide
