Easy to assemble if you follow the manual step by step. Wood was good quality and once constructed so solid. 12 months down the line kids still love it and weathering really well. Happy with my investment.

Disappointing experience. I received very poor customer service when inquiring for replacement parts that were defective and never fit for purpose originally.

We placed an order over a month ago and the team could not give us any information on delivery. Apparently once it leaves them it’s not their responsibility anymore and blame the courier. Yes the courier is also horrible but how do you run a business like this. I asked to speak to someone in person and they could not help me and in the background all I could hear is her partner saying “just hang up the phone” When I asked who I can escalate this to she gave me a generic email to contact. How is this good customer service? I would not recommend this company at all. Here’s to hoping our play set arrives while my children can still use it.

Definitely would NOT recommend. Product has worn very poorly, even splintered off in places. When I contacted the company and even sent photos, they have not responded. Very disappointed.
